I went into the lima auto mall yesterday in hopes to get a new car. I was a nervous wreck because I had never been through a dealership before. I wasn't so sure that I would even get approved for this car. a new car. I was a nervous wreck because I had never been through a dealership before. I wasn't so sure that I would even get approved for this car. But I did get approved! I was so proud of myself. I couldn't have done it without Chad's help. He made it possible to leave the same day in my new car. Chad stayed positive and encouraging the entire time. Never showed an ounce of doubt. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I'm so happy I decided to go to the lima auto mall. And I am so grateful that I got to work with chad. And if I am ever in the market for a new car again I will be coming back to him! Thank you chad for all of your help! More
