Today after 3 week plus we had a very Bad lack of communication and my car sitting for days before it was even looked at bad communication and not offered a loaner for jump Now it went way better at the end But first I would like to Publicly. thank few ppl that has communicated and give me updates and finally after week plus a loaner that helped me out more than you now I spent over 200$ in uber/lyfts Shaun for phone conversations always pleasant, Maria for getting me the loaner and Chris for calling me with updates after more things were found wrong. Taylor who we are now (phone friends) calling me and letting me know what was going on, before this I hated dealership because of cost but I will now take my not so good rating to A+++ I absolutely loved the loaner.
