Service performed that I didn't ask for Dropped Off my vehicle for a simple oil change and asked if I wanted my tires rotated and said sure. I stopped back a few hours later and was informed Dropped Off my vehicle for a simple oil change and asked if I wanted my tires rotated and said sure. I stopped back a few hours later and was informed that they are finishing it up now and that I should wait in the waiting room. 15-20 mins later a tech came out and told me they are finishing up with a couple of recall issues and it won't be too long. I though recall? but ok. When the vehicle was done I got the bill and apparently for the oil change only, no tire rotation? I didn't say anything and its not the end of the world but... My business keeps me tied down to my office and to get my vehicle over there is somewhat of a challenge, and when I do get it there for a simple oil change the dealership took it upon themselves to perform additional services to my vehicle without my consent and therefore consumed more of my precious time. Its issues like this that give Dealers a bad name. My family and I will continue to buy our vehicles from Lilliston but in a few other cases including this one, we were not happy with the after-sale service. You have to pick and choose your battles and these instances we just chalked up as (What do you expect, its a dealer). I would normally just brush this aside but my inbox continues to stack up with email spam of sorts from Lilliston including this one for feedback. Thank you Jim Jamerson More
