Called to make an appointment for the first oil change on my 2020 Ford Ranger, was told the first available appointment was 11 days out and I would need to get on a waiting list for at least 5 weeks to get a my 2020 Ford Ranger, was told the first available appointment was 11 days out and I would need to get on a waiting list for at least 5 weeks to get a loaner vehicle. The free maintenance for the first two years and loaner was the reason I bought my truck from Lilliston, which is 25 miles from home. Took my truck to a local to home dealer,my next Ford truck will be from a dealer closer to home. More

Was told there were FREE OIL CHANGES WHEN I BOUGHT MY TRUCK. GUESS NOT, THAT MUCH MONEY FOR truck and have to drive 40 miles oneway to pay for the FIRST oil change.
