I brought my vehicle in on 12/30/23 for a quick oil change. When I pulled out of the service area, my traction light came on. The next day my engine light came on. I returned to the Service Center on 1 change. When I pulled out of the service area, my traction light came on. The next day my engine light came on. I returned to the Service Center on 1/2/24 to report that these light were on, but was not on prior to the oil change. I was told I would have to pay about 170.00 to find out why the lights were on and pay additional funds to resolve the problem. I truly believe something went wrong during the oil change, that I have to pay for. Take my advice, pay the extra money to get an oil change, at a place that will take responsibility for something they did.!! Mrs. Glenn More
