Lilliston Chrysler Dodge Jeep

My original communication with Michael Campanelli from Lilliston, Millville resulted in my purchase of a Dodge Durango this past Monday. (My review addresses that fantastic experience). I could tell by the look on my wife’s face when we got home Monday night that her mind was in overdrive. Starting Tuesday morning, She started dropping subtle hints about vehicle models and prices. She saw a 2019 Ford Edge ST on the Lilliston inventory list with low mileage. I called Michael and gave him the vehicle information. Michael call back and let us know that that car was at another Lilliston dealer. The dealer was further away. Within a few hours I received texts from Michael with 2 dozens specific pictures of the Ford Edge that could give us a solid view of the car to decide whether Us to come in to see it. The following morning he called me had the car at Millville by 8:30 and would be ready for us to come in for the test drive. We did, we loved it, we bought it. Never stopping short of exceptional service we traded in my wife’s car. Michael juggled getting our financing done with the help of General Manager John, while getting us a quick approval with a great rate again. And had the finance package into the finance department while he worked to get our car appraised. Lauren (finance Manager) prepared our closing documents in short order. The entire staff involved worked so hard and quick due to my time restrictions that day my wife bought them pizza as they worked up a hunger. I have never felt the need to write such long reviews for any purchase. But it has been such a pleasure working with Michael and his management staff It just has to be done. Thanks again Michael, Jay, John and Lauren. You are exceptional and worth the drive. More

Michael, at my request texted me over 40 pictures of a Dodge Durango I was interested in from Lilliston s website at my request because I was over 40 minutes from the dealership, and needed to make a decision if I wanted to take the drive to see the car in person. His followup after the text was exactly what made my wife and I make the drive to Millville. When we arrived at the dealership Michael had the Durango parked upfront and ready for a test drive. After my wife and it test drove the Durango and another interested vehicle we made our decision. Michael put no pressure on us and only stayed available to answer questions. After we made our decision and went into the dealership office, Michael worked on our application as his Sales Manager Jay Romer shopped my approval through Lilliston’s financing companies to give me the best rate and payment option available. The total cost, interest rate and payment were lower then I expected. I can only thanks Michael and Jay for there incredible treatment. The normally tediously long closing process was pleasant and shorter then I have ever experienced. Congratulations to Lilliston’s for employing true sales professionals at your Millville dealership.
