To everyone reading this review, we resolved the issue with Bowe, and this is how he responded after we helped him... After telling me my truck was not under warranty (I was told over the phone it was so I made they 1hour drive 1 way to drop it off) they told me to just leave the truck anyway because GM will most likely cover some of the $2100 issue that needed fixed. I got a call the same day and I was told that GM was not going to cover anything. I wasn’t happy after the 2 trips and 4 hours I wasted. I went and picked my truck up again, Matt in service could tell I was not satisfied. He called me the following day and changed my whole look on this dealership. He made things right and left the ball in my court. I will continue to do business with the dealership. I’m over excited about how it turned out as well. Night and day difference! Thank you for going out of your guys’ way to make sure I was happy.

To everyone reading this review... We worked hard with the customer (Mr. Peifer) and resolved his issue. He published this review in multiple places... Google, Facebook, etc. We corrected all of the problems and made him completely satisfied. He changed the reviews from bad to good. We did not realize that he also posted here until much later (9 months). I reached out to the customer and asked him to fix this review like he did the other ones and he has not responded. I'm assuming that he changed his number? In summary, Mr. Peifer (the customer) is now satisfied and we would like to fix the review but can't.
