Considering I actually purchased the truck from the Phoenix location and had nothing to do with Tucson. The vehicle is missing a center cap on a front wheel. The salesman in Phoenix said he would find Phoenix location and had nothing to do with Tucson. The vehicle is missing a center cap on a front wheel. Selection and team are knowledgeable but the sales process itself was a bit challenges. I. Fact, the sales rep took aftermarket add-ons off the order to back into a price to without telling. Purchased truck online…dealership did not disclose problems with the truck like the power mirrors not working, busted speaker screen and the tailgate being held together by a clamp. Soon as discovered this, I informed the salesperson and sent pics and videos. Was told I would hear something back and never did. Received a phone call from an associate out of the Euless office to ask about my experience. After I told her my experience, she said she would be informing the location I purchased the truck from. Received a call from the salesperson not about the issues. It to ask how I was liking the truck. Told him that I still haven’t heard on the issues I was having. He said give it a few days and someone would be getting back to me. Said they wouldn’t put me on the back burner. Never heard back from anyone and it’s been over a week. Also during the financing process the finance associate way too pushy…high pressure. Made me feel a lot less confident about their product they are selling. More
