I went there believing they could be trusted and treated people fairly. SO NOT TRUE any longer. I felt I was dealing with a bunch of highschool boys. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! More
The dealership can’t be trusted. They promise everything, fulfill nothing, stall, don’t keep their word. There are better dealers. Good luck. They promise everything, fulfill nothing, stall, don’t keep their word. There are better dealers. Good luck. More

Signed a contract to purchase Winnebago View. In the time between signing the contract and pick-up/take possession date I had life events out of my control that prevented me from closing the sale. They time between signing the contract and pick-up/take possession date I had life events out of my control that prevented me from closing the sale. They gave a few months extension with which I could purchase another RV. Well as life has it that is not going to be possible and they insist on keeping my $5K even though the unit I had contracted for sold immediately after I refused delivery. Cold-hearted, unethical business people. A little GOOD -FAITH goes a long way with customer service which might not always end in a sale. As it stands I wouldn’t buy a bottle of water from them if I was dying of thirst in the desert.. More
Do NOT deal with this RV Dealership. I purchased a 2015 ERA with 12,000 miles. It had a 60 day 'Certified used' guarentee. I tried to get it in right away for issues. They fixed NOTHING. I love the other p ERA with 12,000 miles. It had a 60 day 'Certified used' guarentee. I tried to get it in right away for issues. They fixed NOTHING. I love the other post that they just got a blank stare when describing a problem! I believe they are taught to be 'dumb'! When I was finally allowed an appointment they kept my van for 3 days and I was returned a 2014 ERA with MASSIVE problems. I did not discover some until down the road. I was given an appointment but they just could not fit me in until AFTER the 60 day guarentee ran out. I was approched by Stacy, the sales person, who said I COULD return it but ONLY for turn in value!! AND I could ONLY purchase a NEW vehicle. The value of my van dropped from $90,000 to $40,000. So I would have to come up with another $40,000 for a Travato. I have had nothing but problems with this van with I . Believe came from a flood sale. There are two VIN's. All fit and finish are tagged with 2014 dates. If the van body is a 2015 how could it have fit and finish BEFORE manufactured date? When I have ANY work done I am told it is a 2014. It is now sitting with DEF issues with 50,000 miles on it. The exhaust pipe is bent and nearly rubs on the tires. ImANY other BIG problems. Bait and switch! And take advantage of a single woman with cash. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. As to the "follow-up" appointment, you DID make an appointment but were not POSSIBLY able to fit me in until AFTER the 60 day certified pre-owned date was up. Another way to take more of my hard earned money. More
Bought 2019 Travato mid Jan turned Out to be white elephant After good help in buying. It had 29k miles for a 2019 vehicle Reviewed the photographs some 170 of them and decided this one had way too much wear. After good help in buying. It had 29k miles for a 2019 vehicle Reviewed the photographs some 170 of them and decided this one had way too much wear. Tried to change to another same 74,900 price but it was sold to another. I asked for my down payment back, it was 5000, I realize I made way too big a deposit but was emotionally charged from the recent death of my husband to buy this as the new ones were over 120000. I found out later they could put large discounts on them, but that was not explained to me until I convinced them I was not going to complete the sale. 75 k was my limit and this was 15k over that. I have written and asked for my 5000 back minus a 1300 charge that had not done yet to put coating on exterior and interior. I thought that was fair. Three weeks later that high mileage 2019 is still on market. And they are not talking to me. I was in real estate sales for 36 years and if I had a client that early on could not buy due to their inability to deal with the condition of the property, I always saw that they got their deposit back, and most remained my customers. I wanted to deal with thi.s dealer, close to my daughter in Minnesota but unless I get my money back I feel they are more interested in their current bottom line than future business. If people like you they usually recommend you at least 4 times. And that gets around .If they think you are just following your monthly sale returns and not your customers best interest they tell 12 people. And that really gets around . I will still be in the market later for larger RV but under these conditions could not use these people More

I found every aspect of service and help from Litchsinn exemplary. Their availability to provide car service from the Twin City airport; provide unhurried detailed 4 hour orientation meeting; availability to camp onsite to gain experience; provide an unparalleled website with loads of ongoing educational material; and available friendly service staff willing to patiently handle all my follow up calls, continues to make my ultimate decision to buy there one I will never regret. The RV has some glitches, but I can’t blame Litchsinn RV staff for any of my concerns More
I felt as if they just wanted to get us in and get us out. We encountered many problems with our 2019 Winnebago Era on our first long trip, which started in January 2019. We finally decided to completely change our route and make a thousand mile detour to Lichtsinn RV, where we had bought the vehicle. We hoped that we would receive competent and reliable service there. We had to leave the southern states and ended up dealing with weeks of winter storms, freezing weather, thunderstorms and generally lousy conditions, both on the way to Lichtsinn and after leaving there. Given the service we received we’re particularly disappointed in both the dealership and Winnebago. These were the problems: 1. Air conditioner completely failed to cool the RV. Lichtsinn adjusted distribution louvers and fixed defective controls. 2. Novakool refrigerator failed to maintain a steady temperature. I pointed out to Lichtsinn’s service tech that I couldn’t find a lower vent to provide airflow, as required for this refrigerator. After lengthy debate -- he insisted everything was dandy and built just right -- the tech finally found a diagram on the Winnebago site. Turns out Winnebago had failed to cut a large hole and install the required ventilation for the refrigerator. Lichtsinn cut a vent for the refrigerator. The refrigerator still fails to maintain a consistent low temperature. What else did Winnebago fail to do to provide adequate ventilation? And there are several scratches on the refrigerator door. 3. Awning would not open. Lichtsinn made some ineffectual adjustment and explained that we’d have to pull or hit the casing every time we wanted to open the awning. 4. Toilet fresh water connection sometimes leaked when the toilet was flushed Lichtsinn said they repaired this. The toilet water flush line still leaks. 5. The water pump would occasionally run momentarily when there had been no demand. This suggested to me that there might be a leak. The pump also had begun to run and not turn off, even when there had been no demand. Lichtsinn replaced the pump. They chose not to install the vibration dampening mounts I requested, or do anything else to minimize pump vibrations, as I had asked. The pump still runs momentarily. It would appear that Lichtsinn did not look for a leak in the system. 6. Bath heat vent provided no heat. Lichtsinn said this was a function of the way Winnebago ran a very long duct to the location. Lichtsinn said there was nothing they could do. 7. Door and other squeaks and rattles: In several cases Lichtsinn’s techs said they could not replicate the noises that have annoyed us for thousands of miles. I would then move something or step on somthing and produce the noise. A couple of times, Justin, the Service Consultant, would look at me as if he was completely unable to hear the noise. Eventually Lichtsinn replaced some hinges on a bathroom door and a cabinet door. The squeaks and rattles are all present. But now the two doors are installed out of alignment with the adjacent doors. 8. Front ceiling lights flickered on and off. Lichtsinn found and repaird a defective electrical connection. 9. One MCD shade was broken (the mechanism is cheap plastic). Lichsinn repaired this. A second MCD shade rolled up very slowly, and then only if helped by “pushing” the shade up by hand. Lichtsinn’s Service Consultant gave us a really hard time about this, insisting that the shade worked fine. (Why argue??) He finally agreed to tighten the mechanism. A few days later the shade worked more poorly than ever. 10. The side screen door is extremely difficult to open and close. Lichtsinn was unable to suggest or provide a solution or improvement. I recently attached a standard kitchen cabinet handle to the leading edge of the door so that it could be raised slightly when opening or closing. This has substantially improved function. Too bad Winnebago or Lichtsinn couldn’t have thought of this. Bottom line: Our purchase experience from Lichtsinn was quite good. I would never return there for service of any kind. Oh -- and our vehicle was not ready when promised, so we had to stay in the area another day and wait for Lichtsinn to try and repair their repairs. More

First trip i will claim some responsibility for-We arrived unannounced- Motorhome we drove to look at was out of service-broken slide. Drive-able but was not allowed to test drive. Went home disappointed and frustrated. Made a return trip one month later to look at 3 motorhomes. This time salesman knew we were coming and which units we wanted to look at. When we arrive we are informed ALL 3 OUT OF SERVICE...First one a 39Z was being winterized. Couldn't operate anything or test drive.. Second another broken slide. Slide stuck out. Obviously NO TEST DRIVE or able to operate anything. Third unit OUT OF SERVICE because of engine out of alignment??? NO TEST DRIVE or able to operate anything. We really liked the 39Z so with much conversation we decided to do a purchase agreement. I know salesman said-But they claim different- that if we changed our mind we could back out and get a refund of $5k deposit. When they found out we are full-timers the funding got very messy. After about 2 weeks we finally get notified that funding is a go. At time of visit we had asked about a quote for mechanical insurance we waited until two days before going back to dealer only to find out it was going to raise payments about $100/mo. Then we find out even though funding in place was going to take about 24hrs after we get there and go through their orientation that we would be able to close and we would not be able to test drive or stay in until close. Different than what we were told prior to leaving after signing purchase agreement. Too shorten the story we decided to back out of deal-too frustrated with all of it. By the way this is not our first motorhome or high finance purchase. We have now been informed that we are out our $5k. Lesson learned??? Moral of story--Don't give them any money until you are SURE.... More

We dro We had an appointment at 8am to pick up our 5th wheel that had a few minor repairs to be fixed and for the complimentary walk through training. We drove 3 hours to find that it was not yet repaired. While waiting, we chose to have multiseal added to the tires, the cost, $980.00. We were still waiting at 230pm, while we saw other motorhomes going in and out for service. We bought a used 5th wheel...can't help but think we were not as important as $300,00.00 customers. We paid $5000.00 down same as others. Then we find out that they wanted another $1400 for the multi seal and insurance and gap coverage When we opted out the multi seal and gap coverage and left. We will fix the minor repairs ourselves and clean the refrigerator that was still dirty inside. Remember we went to sign some papers and pick up....we left home at 5am and got back home with the camper at 5pm, 12 hours later. It was not the fun, exciting trip we had planned. The 5th wheel is beautiful thanks to the previous owners. The staff were very apologetic but,,,,I guess we had not spent enough money to warrant FAST service. Also you can buy multi seal at Amazon for $18.00 and fill your own tires and save $ 980.00 that they were charging. More
