I purchased a Mercury Mountaineer form this dealership. Since the first week I have had nothing but problems with the car. The battery was shot, they replaced it. The alternator went and they would not replace it. They wanted me to drive it in and leave it. This was not an option since it was my only transportation to and from work. They did not even offer a loaner to get me by. Anthony said he would try and get me a good rate on fixing the car. I was not happy with th service. Since then I have had to replace 2 tires and a rear wheel bearing. The front one is gone now and the motor is making a funny noise. This suv is a 2005 that had only 60000 miles on it. I only have 86000 on it now. I think that is relatively low to be having all these problems.Do not buy from this dealer. They conned me into buying this truck saying that it was solid and would last for a while. Very dependable. So far it has not been. I have made 8 payments on it so far. Be warned, they will put you into something unrelaible. More
