Worst service of my life ( 50 years old ) I had my car towed to the dealership 5/23/17 I received a phone call at 11:30 a.m. letting me know they received my vehicle. 5/25/ 17 I called the de I had my car towed to the dealership 5/23/17 I received a phone call at 11:30 a.m. letting me know they received my vehicle. 5/25/ 17 I called the dealership to check on my vehicle. I was told the part was not warranty I would have to pay to get it fixed. They would order the parts. 8 Days Later after calling the dealership everyday and not being able to get in touch with my service rep I have left numerous messages to my service rep the service manager with no luck. It is now Wednesday a week and a day later I still do not have my car I still have not heard from anyone about my car. I still have not received a return phone call after leaving 7 to 8 messages. I just want my car back fixed or unfixed. .. I am not exaggerating I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life !!!!!... Yours truly. Still waiting for my car or a call back. More

Maintenance on my 2013 MKZ they messed up when i leased my mkz in 2013 i put a deposit on a silver one with AWD and they gave me the silver one with FWD i didnt even see it beca they messed up when i leased my mkz in 2013 i put a deposit on a silver one with AWD and they gave me the silver one with FWD i didnt even see it because they had it on the ramp but i must say they certianly have redeamed themselves with their service department....lets hope its better when my lease is up in august More
Still having problems Clutches Still having problems, they changed the clutches fix don't work. I have to go back again to replace them for a new version. Ford is playing with the security of the customers, don't feel safe driving the car. Liccardi every time I go to get something fix I have to go back to rest the computer because they supposedly forget to do it. I have them change the oil while they repaired the clutches. Had to go back because when I turned the car on indicated needed oil change I really hope they did and not only reset the computer. Not to say that previously I also had to go back to reset the clock that didn't want to work, which was not the first time that happen after they work on the car. Totally disappointed in both Liccardi and Ford. More
No help with new broke down truck! Bought a brand new 2015 Superduty! Broke down last November. Has been sitting in their lot since December. 6,900 miles on it .
