Found my new go to place for sales & service. My vehicle broke down and without an appointment or a heads up they took my vehicle in, repaired it, and returned it back to me the same day. They don't return calls or try to help you once you purchase a car from them.Doug Hansen (General Manager) needs to be fired immediately. He is rude and doesn't show any compassion towards the customers. The service department had 3 attempts to fix front end issues on my vehicle and never fixed it. Now my engine is blown and I only had the car for 4 months. They comment under your review telling you to call them they are sorry but none of that is true. Once you call them they never answer and never return calls. They only leave those comments so people who are looking to purchase from them will think they are good people. This dealership should be shut down!! Kevin & Greg Liccardi never interact with customers and they are NO help to be the owners. This is bad for business and you should want people to keep coming back and doing business with you but I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Look at their ratings compared to other ford dealerships they have the lowest rating! STAY AWAY buyer beware this is a unprofessional car dealerships and the WORST DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!!!!!! He has helped me numerous t I purchased a Lincoln MKX last year. My salesmen was Scott Lyons. He told me he was my salesmen for life and he has been. He has helped me numerous times. Not so much with my MKX but with a Navigator I purchased in 06. I bring both vehicles in there for service and wait for them, never longer that expected. They always wash the car which is a nice treat. I have an extended warranty on the Navigator and the service department, (Heather) was instrumental in getting items repaired there were previously denied by the warranty company. I know I'll go back to see Scott when I'm ready for a new car. It's always a pleasure to see Heather in service department because I know she will look after my interest. More
They don't service what they sell. Brand new Ford has major electrical problems. Five days of trying to call for a service appointment and they don't answer the phone or return voicemai Brand new Ford has major electrical problems. Clearly they just sell cars and it's on the buyer to find a Ford dealer who will actually repair their defective product. This place is the worst I have ever encountered. Avoid buying or leasing from them or live with regret and a car that won't start. More
