Liccardi Ford can't crush a brown paper bag. Took my Ford Expedition for service, they said the suspension was bad and the air compressor needed to be replaced and would cost $1,400.00. Compressor replaced and still didn't work, then they replaced one suspension air bag for $1,700.00, after eight weeks in service I called them because they didn't have the decency to call me to inform me they vehicle was ready They lied saying my phone was disconnected. (In addition, the SUV had a strange noise had never made before. They said, the catalytic converter had gone bad). And the front being higher than the back, is the factory setting. My son said, don't worry I'll go and pick up your truck. After my son filed a complaint with Ford, and twelve weeks into this dilemma, they finally fix the setting. Would I had taken my truck to Joe Blow Repair Shop. Guaranteed, Joe Blow would had given me better service than Liccardi . Liccardi Ford claims to crush the competition, when in reality they can't crush a brown paper bag. More

The worst experience ever. I was soooo disapponted at their service repair overall. I will never purchase or lease a car with them again. The 2016 ford I leased always had the same issue. Every 2 weeks, I will take the car for fixing,but I wonder if they ever fixed the real issue with the car,because the same issue occured every week. The car was shaking every time I started it. They never gave me a loaner's car after they said they would. I missed hours of work because of this issue. I ran out of patience and decided it was time to return the car. More

Awesome Customer Services I brought my Ford Explorer in for services due to someone sold my driver side mirror. Although, I was not happy with the price. The receptionist was very pleasant and greeted me with a warm hearted smile. She directed me to the services department before I was able to leave a gentlemen came out of his office an introduced his self as the new director. Mr. Robert Ventura greeted everyone who was waiting for services with a warm smile and a friendly hand shake. I have purchased many cars from Liccardi and never once meet such a amazing person and team of awesome people. I want to thank Jeremy for taking the time out to installed the mirror after hours and Robert Ventura thank you for your hospitality. Great Job!!! Keep being amazing. Vivian Green More
Worst experience ever I Had transmission fluid leak and failed around Liccardi so towed it there for fixing the problem. They charged me $1800 to fix it and I paid it. Two days later, it leaked again and I had to send it back to fix the leaking again! Two days later, they called me and asked me to pick up the car because they fix it. I got the key and start the car with air condition, however, it gives me super hot air! I drove about 10 mins, but it still hot air! I took it back and they told me they forgot to refill the Freon after empty it! Outside is over 90 F! I am still waiting them to fill the Freon, but really disappointed! Should never stopped at Liccardi! Learn my lesson please! More
Avoid this Dealership at All Costs I recently brought my Ford Escape in for the works and was happy with the service. I then had brought my car in for a service recall for my side door I recently brought my Ford Escape in for the works and was happy with the service. I then had brought my car in for a service recall for my side door hatch which required taking all my door handles off. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed my driver side unlocking door sensor was not working. I called to set up an appointment for them to fix it. After waiting all day at the dealership, I was informed that my sensor was bad and I had to pay over $600 dollars to get it fixed. I spoke to Ford and a couple other dealerships and was told that I shouldn’t have to pay anything since Liccardi either damaged my sensor or didn’t connect it correctly plus I have full coverage warranty till July 2018. I spoke with Paul (The service manager) and he said he could repair it for me at cost which would be $250 dollars and wanted me to come to the dealership at 10am so he could take a quick look and it would take 15 mins. I took off of work to go to the dealership and when I arrived the receptionist informed Paul that I was there. I waited for an hour until I eventually saw Paul, who ignored me, and reminded him I was there to see him. Apparently, he didn’t remember that we had setup an appointment. I then dealt with Jeremy who was then assisting me. Jeremy, looked in his computer for the warranty part coverage and had trouble locating the part on his computer. He then told me to call him the next day and he would try to find out. I called the following day 2x and left him a voice message with no response back. I then decided to call the general manager Doug and left a voice message with him to give me a call in regards to my service complaint. Of course, I didn’t receive a call back from him as well. I myself am a manager and providing great customer service is the goal on an everyday basis at my job. I truly have to say that Liccardi is the worst. Thank you for damaging my car and I will make sure that all my friends and family members avoid Liccardi at all costs. More
