Broke down and got towed into Liccardi Ford. No other dealer would look at our Explorer until the end of September, 3 to 4 weeks away. Worked with Paul in service and while it did take 2 days to No other dealer would look at our Explorer until the end of September, 3 to 4 weeks away. Worked with Paul in service and while it did take 2 days to get it diagnosed, they were able to get me back on the road within 3 days. 3 days Vs 1 month. I am very very happy with the service. Another thing worth mentioning is I have an extended warranty I purchased from another dealer, not Ford. While calling for appointments, I was advised by 2 local dealerships they would not work with anything but Ford warranty’s. I found this odd. It wasn’t a issue at Liccardi. They called them, got it covered and I paid for a deductible and few minor things not covered. Great work and great team. Thanks again. More
