Went back out and had one of the employees check me in. Left at 10;30. Called at 12:30. was put on hold. Told they would call me back. Called again at 1:30, was told the car would have to stay till 12 the next day. I told the service manager I'm coming down to pick the car up. Put on hold again. He came back to tell me their working on it and it would be finished by 4. Finally left at 5:30 with the car. This was warrantee work changing the front shorty brake lines. I'm a mechanic. This should take app. one hr to complete. More

My stars apply to this one service experience, not the dealership as a whole. Brought my F150 in for service. Seemed to be having an electric issues with it. Dropped it off the night before for a 9AM appt dealership as a whole. Brought my F150 in for service. Seemed to be having an electric issues with it. Dropped it off the night before for a 9AM appt. Missed a call from Harold in the service department at 10:02AM. Called back 23 minutes later, no answer so i left a message. Never got a call back, so I called again at 11AM...and again...and again...and again. I called a total of 8 times throughout the day, leving voice mail, messages taken by people, even asked if he could be paged. Finally spoke with him at 4PM. Nothing had been done on my truck. Wanted to ask me questions, even though I set the appointment, gave all the info when I did, reitterated it on the envelope when I dropped my key. Ended up having to leave it overnight. I was told I would get a call by 11AM the next morning. Never did. Called at 11:30, again at 12PM and finally at 2:25 I spoke with Harold who told me the car would be ready around 3PM. Without the truck for two days...I can live with that. My issue is with the lack of response to all my calls. Maybe if they were returned, I would have gotten my truck back on the first day. Bought the truck there so I decided to service it there. There are dealers closer to my house. I think they will be getting my business the next go around. More

We have bought several cars at Liccardi in Watchung over the years and was always treated with respect. the salesperson is also always courteous and helpful. As for the service department, they too are a the years and was always treated with respect. the salesperson is also always courteous and helpful. Every time I go it is a mess and a lie. I made an appointment for early in the morning and was told I would be the first person seen. Nope not true three ppl in front of me. An hour later a woman came in from what she said on her day off had no appointment made and her car was seen first and even a wash was done. She left way before me. Meanwhile I had to go to work, and I told the service person this and I got to work very late where I docked pay. I had told them when I made the app I had to go to work I was told just 1 hour wait it turned into 3 hours. All I went for was an oil change. No flexibility for other apps or a loaner car for actual ppl who work. More
