Being a very satisfied customer of Liccardi Ford for more than 2 years now (we purchased a new 2010 Ford Taurus Limited in 2010), we turned to them again last week when our 1999 Olds bit the dust. Again, we than 2 years now (we purchased a new 2010 Ford Taurus Limited in 2010), we turned to them again last week when our 1999 Olds bit the dust. Again, we used internet pricing on a 2012 Focus SEL hatchback that we found on their site and, within minutes, received a surprisingly low quote from Linda Swiecicki for the car we had picked out. We rushed right down and were greeted immediately by PJ Palozzi and Linda. PJ had the car ready and we took it for a test ride. Then PJ sat with us in the pouring rain while he went over the amazing feature set (not found on many similarly priced cars). He then guided us through the mountain of paperwork quickly and painlessly, handed us the keys and then walked us to the door. Both Linda & PJ made us feel comfortable and, at no point, applied any pressure even though we think they barely earned lunch money on us! We have a local Ford dealer but drive some 20 miles round trip to Liccardi Ford for servicing simply because we expect a lot for our money and only Liccardi and its super staff have consistently satisfied our high expectations.
