We have been leasing from this dealership for several years now. Perhaps some of the other reviewers who didn't have the same great service worked with newer sales staff. Our experience has been consistently pleasant and friendly. This time around we worked with a very easy going sales agent named Mike D. He was friendly, fair and to the point. We didn't feel that we waited very long and the service seemed top notch to us. This dealership has the most unprofessional sales team and process I have experienced in the past 25 years. Their lack of knowledge in the new features and capabilities of the high-end Lincolns is an emba and process I have experienced in the past 25 years. I feel sorry for sales reps like Max because it is clear he has not been provided the proper sales training he truly needs to succeed. My interaction with Max’s boss and the finance director lead me to believe the dealerships customer relationship problems permeate the whole executive team. At the conclusion of our discussions, I rejected Liccardi Ford Lincoln and purchased the top of the line Lincoln I desired from another dealership. More
I should have read these reviews before going. I was also tricked by the 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION banners throughout the dealer. Boy, they could not be more wrong. I worked with Souleiman. We had to go back because they lost power and could not do the deal. He then worked on my deal and two others, so I was left in his office. I told him several times I had to go, and he then tries to sell me me literally one minute before I have to leave. Then I get pressured by him that I had to give him my info before I left otherwise the deal was off. I left anyway. If he wanted the deal he should have focused on me. I came back later and finished the deal. He told me he was going to use my original payoff on my car, and instead they went and changed the payoff. He assured me several times that he was going to use the payoff from the day the power went out. Not my fault I couldnt do the deal that day.I tried to call to resolve this, the salesman ignored me, the sales manager, I sent letters to Ford, which were forwarded to customer relations. You would think they would contact me right? NOPE! NO ONE CALLED ME. I had to keep contacting them to get this resolved. Then the finance person says that everything is fine. No it is NOT FINE. What happenend to 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION? They are willing to lose potential business to save less than $500 dollars to solve my problem. AVOID THIS DEALER, once they get you trapped in a contract, they could care less. DO NOT - NOT! GO TO LICCARDI FORD. I am leasing a lincoln MKX. Car is not worth the hassle of dealing with this dealer. I wanted luxury, but Lincoln is not the answer. I never had this trouble with NISSAN, HONDA OR TOYOTA. Go to a more reputable dealer - and DO NOT BUY FROM LINCOLN OR FORD! If you have problems, they won't help you. What's the point if they have no pride in their brand to waste your money on them! STAY AWAY FROM LICCARDI AND FORD MOTOR COMPANY! Go to a company that takes pride in customer service. More
We began our Ford Edge research online and got a fast response from Liccardi Ford Lincoln. From availability, to options and pricing, Gino was more than patient with all of our questions. This really helped as my wife and I have busy schedules and do not have the time to spend hours at the dealership. When we arrived, we were greeted promptly and given a professional demonstration of the Edge. We were impressed with the new technology of the MyFord Touch and Sync features as well as the Liccardi staff's knowledge and professionalism. Soon after, we were driving away in our new Edge. We will highly recommend Liccardi Ford Lincoln to our friends and family. More

I actually came back to the dealer to have a remote start intalled and I was originally told it would take 2 hours, when I got there I was told by a manager casually oh it shouldn't take that long let me find out for u, I'll call the guy, Fabian, now. he called, Fabian picked up and he started talking, slowly walked away and I didn't hear anything about whether it was being worked on or how long it would actually take... word of advice these guys are clowns and you shouldn't bother More
Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Salesperson (Rich) knew very little about the vehicle - I actually knew more than he did. Listed prices are absurdedly over book value - have to barter down thousands just to get to something close to a fair deal. As noted in other reviews, deposit is not refundable and I was not advised of this before I placed the deposit. This is clearly marked on the top of the sales order that you receive after you've handed your money over. Documentary fees are very high and unjustifyable considering the breakdown of services. Dealer prep consisted of a wash and vaccuum of vehicle - mats were left in the trunk (obviously they didn't bother to vaccuum in there). Was handed keys and drove off with the gas tank at empty. Luckily there is a gas station a few hundred yards down....otherwise customers would run out of gas trying to get vehicle home. I was warned of this dealership before going, but thought they had changed due to the "100% Customer Satisfaction" banners hanging in showroom. Well, I suppose it's still the same old Liccardi. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. More
