We were looking for a new Ford Explorer to replace our 1999 Explorer. We went on the Liccardi Ford website to view the vehicles in stock. When we went to Liccardi Ford, our intention was to look but not 1999 Explorer. We went on the Liccardi Ford website to view the vehicles in stock. When we went to Liccardi Ford, our intention was to look but not to buy a vehicle at that time. When we entered the dealership, we spoke to Suleimar and he showed us some of the Explorers on the lot. There were also a few 2012 models and one had most of the features that we wanted. Suleimar was very helpful in showing us the different features. He knew we were hesitant about buying the vehicle but he worked with us in giving us a fair price for the vehicle. Everything went very smoothly by the time the deal was set. The staff was very helpful with the financing and the basic training of the Sync features. Our experience with Liccardi has been good. We would definitely recommend the dealership. We did keep our 1999 Explorer also. More
I had the best car buying experience ever.I lease all my vehicles and I have many vehicles in my family.At 1st I was hesitant about going to Liccardi after reading some of these reviews,but I noticed that s vehicles and I have many vehicles in my family.At 1st I was hesitant about going to Liccardi after reading some of these reviews,but I noticed that several people had spoken highly about one particular salesmen named Scott and how they felt no pressure and the whole sales experience went smoothly for them.So as I started out to do the groundwork to buy my car I happened to be passing by Liccardi so I stopped in and I was only going to stay if Scott was working.Luckily for me he was.As the process began I immediately felt as ease and as previous reviews stated I never felt pressured.Scott was very knowledgable about the product,more so than any other previous salesmen I've dealt with(and I've dealt with Lexus,Mercedes,Accura and many other high end dealers).I was there to only look at the Lincoln brand and after spending a very quick hour there,Scott had sold me.I was in and out under 2 hours and it was very busy that day,but Scott was efficient and never once did I feel like my needs weren't being met and not once did he ignore me or leave me hanging.All in all like I previously stated this was hands down my best car buying experience and Scott has gained a customer for life.I will recommend all my friends,family and my entire work force to see Scott as long as he remains at Liccardi Ford & Lincoln. Peter Primavera was very professional. I own and have purchased numerous cars in the last year and Liccardi Ford was as good if not even better than the experiences I have had at other dealers including purchased numerous cars in the last year and Liccardi Ford was as good if not even better than the experiences I have had at other dealers including some luxury dealers on route 22. I was in the market for a new car and I went through the process of narrowing down the cars via the web. I decided on a Ford Mustang V6. From Fords website I was given the option to request a quote. I was immediately contacted via email and a call to my cell by Linda Swiecicki the internet sales manager at Liccardi Ford. About a day later other dealers in my area were also reaching out to me with pricing and such. But Linda was consistent with getting back to me and also dealing with her on the pricing was a pleasure. The experience continued to be that way and never stopped. She had given me a price that was slightly better than the others. On top of the great price there was also a $1500 cash back promo going on. When I decided to come into the dealership I told Linda I wanted to sit down with someone that really knew the car. Linda paired me with a sales person named Tom Pierce. Tom had an extensive amount of knowledge about the Mustang and the available options. At the time of my visit, Liccardi Ford had a handful of Mustangs with the package I was looking for but not the color combo I wanted. They never pressured me to by off the lot and in the end Tom special ordered my Mustang with the color combo I was looking for (Sterling Gray with Black and Lava inserts interior) for the same low price that Linda and I agreed on. On the day I took delivery Tom really took his time and spent a lot of time explaining everything I needed to know about the cars service, warranty and getting started with Microsoft SYNC. He even talked to me about coming in on a saturday to get a real hands on training on all of SYNCs features and capabilities. If I had to do this process all over again I wouldn't change a thing. With that said I will be going straight to LIccadi Ford the next time I'm in the market for a new car. More
We went there today and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. I worked with Stavros who was a professional in every sense of the word. I have been to many Ford dealers but this was by far the best experience. I was asked what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay and I got it with no gimmicks. I thought for sure it was going to be the same old game of sleezy salesman and manager routine but boy I was wrong. It only took about 30 minutes to get approved and I had my keys in hand. The only complaint (just because I am trying to find one) is that it seemed to take a long time to clean my Fusion up but when compared to my old experiences it was minimul. I was driving my car in about 2 hrs and thats alot better than the 4 to 6 hrs I am used to. Stravos will be getting more business from me and my friends very soon and to Liccardi Ford whatever you are doing keep doing it! Finally someone gets it !!!!! THE CUSTOMER COUNTS !!!! Don't hesitate!! More
