Liccardi Ford Lincoln is part of a seventy-year tradition of family owned and operated Liccardi dealerships in Central Jersey. In 1938, Salvatore Liccardi, Sr. began selling in Manville, NJ. In 1954, under the direction of Salvatore's son Clemente, the dealership moved to Plainfield, NJ. As they continued to grow, they needed more space. In 1970, Liccardi Chrysler-Plymouth moved onto Route 22 in Green Brook, NJ where they quickly became the tri-state area's largest retail Chrysler-Plymouth dealer. The Liccardi Ford Dealership opened in Watchung, NJ in 1991 selling cars and trucks including Ford Commercial Trucks. They also rose rapidly in the ranks of New Jersey's top selling Ford Dealerships. Both dealerships sell and lease new and pre-owned vehicles. In recent years, they acquired the Lincoln, Dodge, and RAM Franchises at their Green Brook location and relocated the Lincoln Franchise to their Watchung location. They now have a combined inventory of over 400 vehicles, both locations have full Service Departments and fully stocked Parts Departments on premises. Service is a priority at Liccardi. They have top factory trained technicians at both locations, they service ALL makes and models, and because they stock over a million dollars in parts, most services can be done the same day. The Liccardi Auto Group is still family owned and operated by Clemente Liccardi's sons; Greg, Jeff and Kevin Liccardi. They all work in the Showrooms everyday and are involved in all aspects of the operations. That allows them to be in touch with their customers and their demands for selection, price and service. Our policy is to make sure our customers are informed of the status of AS IS if applicable before they purchase to avoid customer dissatisfaction later. When we contacted you, your response was that you were in fact informed of the AS IS status prior to purchasing the vehicle. You also signed the AS IS form prior to your purchase.

My Dealership participates in the DealerRater Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service. We confirmed that the vehicle ( 1997 Expedition with 359,000 miles ) did not start and replaced a fuel pump relay and also corrected some wiring under the dash. When the vehicle picked up from our dealership, it was then driven to Alabama. A dealership in Alabama called us and described the another repair that they were doing. That repair was a totally separate issue than what we had repaired. Unfortunately, the warranty is based on repairs that we make. We apologize for your convenience although we were not the cause.
