A few days after driving the car off the lot, I called with questions about interior functions I was not familiar with and Val returned my call within an hour with definite answers. Wasted 5 HOURS of our time only to get to finance and be told that the monthly payment amount given was a "mistake". These jackasses were trying to to bilk more down payment money out of us. We first came i told that the monthly payment amount given was a "mistake". These jackasses were trying to to bilk more down payment money out of us. We first came in about a lease deal we saw on line. $189 a month and $3333 due at signing for a 2013 Ford Edge. Well we found out that was a lie. To get a $189 a month deal , you needed to plop down $7000? We were told you had to read the very tiny fine print. I call it lying and bait and switch. Then we went to buying a used 2010 Edge. Found one on the lot and said how much w/ a $2500 down payment and 76 mos. to pay. With perfect credit we got it down to $210 a month. Mind you this vehicle was 3 years old and had over 50K miles on it, but my partner liked it so we said fine. After waiting another hour for the seemingly idle Finance guy (Sean?) we sit sown to do the paper work while they are detailing the car and we are told the payments are $249 a month. What??? That's not what we were told. The slippery sales guy based the $210 on my offer of 5k down for a different Edge in imepccable condition and that was if and ONLY if we could get the vehicle for 20K. The "manager" said no, so the offer of 5k was off the table and I was only willing to do half for a lesser vehicle. That made sense to me, but you folks were hanging on to the 5 grand. So essentially we were given the incorrect information, the owner refused to suck up the mistake and we walked away. It is my intention to contact the NJ Attorney General's Office, Better Business Bureau and NJ Consumer Affairs about how Liccardi does business. Maybe "Shame on You" Arnold Diaz would like this story, but I will NEVER recommend your dealershipa and work with over 5 thousand people who always buy cars and live in your area of business. Shame on You. More

After more than a month of test driving vehicles, we had decided to consider the Ford Edge (our first choice) again. We were on our way back from another Ford dealership with no success and decided to stop decided to consider the Ford Edge (our first choice) again. This was actually the first place we had gone when we first started looking and it ended being our last. It had to be one of the coldest nights of the year, but that didn't stop PJ from being enthusiastic about finding us a new SEL. After searching the lot and the computer, he found what we were looking for at a price with which we felt comfortable. He was friendly and courteous, as we experinced with everyone there that evening. He explained pricing and payment options with us. It was a Saturday night and PJ stayed longer than he was suppose to that evening to explain controls and features and set up the bluetooth for us also. we were able to go home with our new Ford Edge that evening. PJ answered any questions or concens we had and when our plates and registration came in, he called us and put the plates on for us. We would recommend Liccardi and PJ to anyone we knew that might be looking for a vehicle. More
Best car buying experience I have ever had. Rich the salesman and Jim from finance were very helpful. My wife and I went looking for a car with great reservation from past bad experiences and all I can salesman and Jim from finance were very helpful. Took my moms MKZ back for an oil change. Everything was so smooth. I see now which dealership I will use for all of my automotive needs I will be back soon with my own car. Allen wasn't some coy, hard to get kind of sales rep, he was a straight shooter that was willing to cater to my own individual needs instead of trying to almost-but-not-quite push buttons like the average commission chaser that we all try to avoid. I've no doubt that because of my experience Liccardi will be at the top of my list when it comes to future autosales! More
