I was looking for a 2013 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. I had been to several dealerships, no one had them in stock, let alone in the Smoked Quartz I wanted. One dealership told me, come in, we don't have the hybr to several dealerships, no one had them in stock, let alone in the Smoked Quartz I wanted. One dealership told me, come in, we don't have the hybrids in stock, but we have the gas version, and you can drive a hybrid fusion since they are similar. I went in, and well, they had ZERO Lincolns on the lot. So I walked out. I went to another and they were nice, only gas versions, but I took it for a ride anyway. I went home and emailed them the configurations I wanted priced out. That rep never even responded. Then the next day I saw Liccardi had one in stock, in the color I wanted. I did an online quote request. Within 5 mins, maybe less, I had an X Plan quote which was more than agreeable. A few mins after that, they called to confirm I received the quote and I set up an appointment for the next day. I went in, they gave me a reasonable trade on my BMW, got me good financing rates and we had a lot of fun while we were there finalizing the deal. By the time we were finished the dealership was closed, but both walked me thru the ins and outs of the car, and even helped me move things from the old car to the new car. They wouldnt go home until they knew I was ok and ready to leave. So, all in all, a great experience, on top of the fact that the car is ridiculous! Thanks Guys! Jeff More
I bought a 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid, and it has been nothing but trouble. After 500 miles, the engine light went on, then I got the run around from the dealer about when to bring it in for service, and nothing but trouble. After 500 miles, the engine light went on, then I got the run around from the dealer about when to bring it in for service, and then of course they didn't have the replacement sensor, so they had to order it and then I had to waste more time at the service department. A month latter, the car failed the start so I call the dealer which offered no help or advice but did send me to Ford Roadside assistance. They arranged to get the car towed to the dealer, but then then the dealer never called me to tell me they received the car. I called, but the person couldn't tell me if what the service department found, or when the car would be ready.... I'd have to "call back on Monday". The service is abysmal and does not compare to my experience with my previous car, an Acura. More
Went to the dealer looking for a used F-150 truck. We had been looking for over a month and had visited several Ford dealers. Our salesperson, Tom, greeted us and showed us all of the used trucks. He answered all our questions and asked us even better ones. He was terrific and after all was done and said, we drove off with a new 2013 F-150. We are extremely happy with our purchase and highly recommend Liccardi Ford. Tom, as well as the dealership Manager, has followed up with us to get our feedback and make sure we are happy. It was a great experience and I would definitely go back to Liccard for any future car needs. More

I needed a new car. So I did the research on the car I wanted online. My research took me to Liccardi Ford. They had the model that I wanted in stock. I arrived at the dealership at about 3:30 in the evening on New Years Eve. I told the salesman that I had to be out the door by 5:30 at the absolute latest. I was able to trade in my old BMW (getting the price I wanted) AND get the paperwork done on the new car (while getting the price I wanted) in under 2 hours. Now, in order to get it all done in the allotted time, we had to skip some of the optional paperwork (like setting up the Bluetooth and things like that). But, the salesman promised that we could do all that at a later time. The entire experience was great. Everyone with whom I dealt worked hard to get me the deal I wanted and make sure I made it to my event that evening. Fast forward 2 months. I realized that I forgot to submit my mother in law for the referral bonus. She had directed me to liccardi indicating that she had a good buying experience. So I call up the dealership hoping to get the referral bonus, even though it wasn't done at the time of purchase. The dealership made good on their promise to me to allow me to delay paperwork. My purchase at Liccardi was a great experience. And they even went above and beyond with the referral bonus. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Liccardi. More
Bought a used, semi-low mileage 2001 Escape "as-is" and was told the car was running perfectly and in great condition. I was even supplied with a Carfax report to prove it. "It's never even had or needed any tune ups", a quote by the dealer that I'm now seeing may have had some cryptic message behind it. Not even one hour after driving the car off the lot and the check engine light came on and the vehicle was misfiring. The vehicle needed a new coil package in the third cylinder, all new spark plugs, and a new intake manifold, a combination of repairs costing more than $400...all within less than two days of owning the car!!!! I HIGHLY doubt that this was the first time the check engine light came on for this problem, considering all you have to do is disconnect the battery and the light goes off from about 30 miles or so, just until you can get far enough away from the dealership that they can deny any knowledge of a problem. My mechanic has had first hand experience dealing with this dealership and, based on his dealings and recommendations, I will never be going to this dealership again, nor ever recommending it to anyone. I barely trust this place enough to put on my license plates. While I understand the "as-is" status when buying a used vehicle, I would like to assume that when I go to a dealership, I would receive some level of honesty about a huge investment I'm about to be making. I feel pretty offended that a car might have been purposefully sold with something wrong with it without the dealership disclosing the nature of the repairs that needed to be made. The word "unethical" barely scratches the surface of what this dealership is about. Make sure you check in with the Better Business Bureau before you head out to this dealership...there's a list of 13, soon to be 14 consumer complaints against them in the past three years. Fact.
