Awful Service Experience I made the first appointment on Monday morning (7:30am) to have my Ford Explorer transmission looked at. It took them 3 days to even begin to look at I made the first appointment on Monday morning (7:30am) to have my Ford Explorer transmission looked at. It took them 3 days to even begin to look at the truck, and only after repeated calls to check in on the status. It took them until Wednesday evening to call me back with a diagnosis. I found the staff to be extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. I would not use this dealership again to either purchase another vehicle or service it. More

It took a dealer rater and a google review to get attention on that one. Now for my current issue: on October 7th, 2013 liccardi mailed out a check to me for a motor vehicle overcharge. This check was dated 6/13/14, with a clear marking that it was void after 90 days. So yeah, they mailed out a check that was void long before it ever got to me. Of course when I called they were of little help and suggested that I come in. After all the headaches I don't even want to step foot on liccardi's lot. I just want the check that is owed to me. Great Experience I came in June looking to order an Explorer Sport. I was greeted at the door by Paul. Paul took me on a test drive and I fell in love with it. Unfo I came in June looking to order an Explorer Sport. I was greeted at the door by Paul. Paul took me on a test drive and I fell in love with it. Unfortunately the Explorer Sport was not the right color and did not have all the features I wanted. So we sat down and Paul was able to build an Explorer just the way I wanted. I was told it would take about 6 to 8 weeks for it to come in. Through out the whole time of waiting for my truck to show up at the dealership, Paul kept me informed through out the whole time. Sure enough at week 6, my truck came in. It was perfect. This is the first time I ever ordered a car from this dealership and I had a great experience.
