Liccardi Ford Lincoln is part of a seventy-year tradition of family owned and operated Liccardi dealerships in Central Jersey. In 1938, Salvatore Liccardi, Sr. began selling in Manville, NJ. In 1954, under the direction of Salvatore's son Clemente, the dealership moved to Plainfield, NJ. As they continued to grow, they needed more space. In 1970, Liccardi Chrysler-Plymouth moved onto Route 22 in Green Brook, NJ where they quickly became the tri-state area's largest retail Chrysler-Plymouth dealer.
The Liccardi Ford Dealership opened in Watchung, NJ in 1991 selling cars and trucks including Ford Commercial Trucks. They also rose rapidly in the ranks of New Jersey's top selling Ford Dealerships. Both dealerships sell and lease new and pre-owned vehicles. In recent years, they acquired the Lincoln, Dodge, and RAM Franchises at their Green Brook location and relocated the Lincoln Franchise to their Watchung location. They now have a combined inventory of over 400 vehicles, both locations have full Service Departments and fully stocked Parts Departments on premises.
Service is a priority at Liccardi. They have top factory trained technicians at both locations, they service ALL makes and models, and because they stock over a million dollars in parts, most services can be done the same day. Their goal is to "fix it right, the first time". You can also schedule Service Appointments online at www.liccardi.com, they also offer convenient Saturday Service hours. The Liccardi Auto Group is still family owned and operated by Clemente Liccardi's sons; Greg, Jeff and Kevin Liccardi. They all work in the Showrooms everyday and are involved in all aspects of the operations. That allows them to be in touch with their customers and their demands for selection, price and service. Do not purchase Rip off SCAM This is the worst company I ever had to deal with. They are a total rip off and they are the worst to bargain with they stole all my personal belongin This is the worst company I ever had to deal with. They are a total rip off and they are the worst to bargain with they stole all my personal belongings from my vehicle and them presented they had no clue where it was or that it was never in the vehicle. But I have the recorded message they left me to pick it up. The deal was cancel and this company send a individual claiming to be my POWER OF Attorney to sign motor vehicle documents to register the vehicle fraudulently. BE CAREFUL WHEN GIVING YOUR Personal Information, This company has a lot of complaint with the BBS and is rated poor. The only good thing is that they have friendly customer service when try to lure you in. More

Poor Customer Service I recently purchased my 3rd car from Liccardi and will never go there again. Aside from taking my money for the car, they did nothing else. They gave I recently purchased my 3rd car from Liccardi and will never go there again. Aside from taking my money for the car, they did nothing else. They gave me a car with no gas and never filled it up like the said. They never washed the outside of my car. They didn't give me the keyless entry code or a second key. When I brought my title they claimed they didn't have the registration so I had to come back AGAIN....less than 12 hours later (the very next morning) magically they had it. The sales guy forgot for 3 weeks to order my second key. I had to remind him 3 times yet he had no problem hounding me to bring in my title. I will never go there again nor will I refer anyone I know to go there. As soon as they get your money, they stop caring about their customers. More

Awful Service Experience I made the first appointment on Monday morning (7:30am) to have my Ford Explorer transmission looked at. It took them 3 days to even begin to look at the truck, and only after repeated calls to check in on the status. It took them until Wednesday evening to call me back with a diagnosis. I found the staff to be extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. I would not use this dealership again to either purchase another vehicle or service it. More
