He was responsive to all my requests and remembers me when I call with additional questions. He always offers to help if I need additional assistance with my car's features. More

Ford is playing with the s Still having problems, they changed the clutches fix don't work. I have to go back again to replace them for a new version. Ford is playing with the security of the customers, don't feel safe driving the car. Liccardi every time I go to get something fix I have to go back to rest the computer because they supposedly forget to do it. I have them change the oil while they repaired the clutches. Had to go back because when I turned the car on indicated needed oil change I really hope they did and not only reset the computer. Not to say that previously I also had to go back to reset the clock that didn't want to work, which was not the first time that happen after they work on the car. Totally disappointed in both Liccardi and Ford. More

I was harassed verbally by the sales manager due to that fact I asked for a better price. I was told by the sales manager to "Get (foul language) out of my lot, you are wasting my (foul language) time" " I don't want to sell you an (foul language) car",and to make matters worse he told me "I was looking at a car I couldn't even afford". He was a nightmare in reality and should be banned from dealing with customers. Worst car dealership I have every been in .I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. More
1st time buyer... Very happy!! As a 21 year old i was always told that in order for me to get a new car i would have to either wait years or put tons of money down. Thankfully with As a 21 year old i was always told that in order for me to get a new car i would have to either wait years or put tons of money down. Thankfully with Liccardi Ford i was able to buy my very own new car by myself with only 1500$ down and i got the car i always wanted. The sales staff were professional, kind, and respectful especially Paul who worked with me for a couple of hours to get the car i wanted. Thanks Liccardi Ford!!! More
Wesley is horrible Wesley the manager wore a stylish miami vice style suit as he happily told me he would not accept my lease turn-in of a 2014 fusion. I was willing to Wesley the manager wore a stylish miami vice style suit as he happily told me he would not accept my lease turn-in of a 2014 fusion. I was willing to pay it off and give it to him however for no reason he could or would give me he didn't want the car on his lot. Even after I called ford and payed the car off he refused to take it. This Wesley should lose his position as manager as he clearly does not know how to deal with a customer as evidenced by his nonchalant demeanor and Spanish derogatory words he threw at me I hope this review finds the interested party and they choose not to deal with him as they will also be regretful of they do. PS Wesley is known only as that as he failed to give me a last name ...which speaks volumes. But you will ID him from his suit without a problem. More
never again Let me start by saying I have bought/leased 5 or more vehicles here over a 8 year period. The sales were some good, last one not so good. But the sale Let me start by saying I have bought/leased 5 or more vehicles here over a 8 year period. The sales were some good, last one not so good. But the sale is a one time thing every few years service is not. IF and again I say IF it is a minor problem maybe you'll get out unscathed. Mine was 2 vehicles two separate and by no means complicated problems a year apart. The first one took 3 visits being towed back 3 times. After picking it up and driving a whole 6 miles it was dead and towed back again. Lost time 5 days with no vehicle or loaner. A year later a different vehicle in for for a minor problem four times over the course of a year. It was returned repeatedly not repaired each time with a different story. Ultimately I had to get Ford involved when Ford questioned this dealer about this problem they flat out lied saying I missed service appointments. That never happened and if you think I was contacted by Liccardi to even ATTEMPT to resolve the problem dream on. Sales was aware of the problem as was service. Follow up follow through follow anything...nope!!. But I have been contacted by the salesman to ' trade it in". It was at this time 2 years old with 10,000 miles. I guess they figure the answer to my problem is not fix it and I'll buy a new one. I will choose my selling dealer very very carefully after this. If this is any example of how you treat a repeat customer trust me I will NOT be buying it at Liccardi Ford. You either fulfill ALL your customers needs or you don't period. Ultimately, after all this, I no longer trusted their honesty, integrity or even their ability to resolve the problem. My only option was to go to a different dealer to get it repaired. In case you do not know how the dealer game goes I'll explain. When they didn't make the sale you aren't their first priority for service. Biggest issue is you don't know any of this till you have a problem and then its too late. Total time with out my vehicle so far is about 25 days. My serious suggestion is keep going west on 22 there are a lot of other dealers to choose from. More

They took it for test drive and said nothing is wrong. My husband went with them to help them with the noise. Service manager says its a heat shield, they have to order it. Don't worry its under warranty. We will call you when its here. 2 months go by and we call to find out status. We call on a Monday. They take our name and number and will call us back. We call back Wednesday and again the same routine. Finally on Thursday I demand service manager or supervisor. Brian gets on the phone and says he will handle this not to worry, he will call us back. Saturday I call and ask for Brian and of course he is off. Brian finally calls back Monday and says bring the truck in. We bring it in and they say its not heat shield its the clamps. Needs 2 new clamps at $2.00 a piece. But guess what, its not covered under warranty so we had to pay for labor. Nothing but run arounds with this place. Never going back. Rather drive 20 mins farther way. More
