Paid more than advertised very mad I recently brought a 2011 chevy impala.ok the good first. I love the car has been nothing but fun to drive. My sales representative brianna nothing but wonderful.I loved working with her and she knew exactly what car I was looking at and how I knew the car I wanted was on the lot. Now the bad. Carol the financial guy I had to deal with was horrible. Worst experience that a first time buyer can deal with. He was pushy and made me rush and didn't wanna talk anything out or guide me along or ask me how I knew about the car. Nothing NOTHING. He was the most horrible person to deal with buying a car. The price that I saw before I even walked on the lot ever was 7,995. I even contacted Linda Swiecicki through cars.com to make sure they still had the car and I got a confirmation with the price that was shown on car.com. so I went there and looked at the car. Took me a few days to go back and actually start the process to try and buy it. After I started I found out I got accepted (very excited as I have very poor credit ) I started signing papers and than found out how much they were charging me for the car. 9,999. So I'm in a bad situation as I needed a car and I was already screwed so I got the car and now I'm just hoping my sales representative brianna will try and help me and have they correct the problem. Or at least do something to try and make things right. So we will see. But I'm gonna take this one step at a time and see what happens. Most likley I will be forced never to buy from liccardi ever.
