Not so much with my MKX but with a Navigator I purchased in 06. I bring both vehicles in there for service and wait for them, never longer that expected. They always wash the car which is a nice treat. I have an extended warranty on the Navigator and the service department, (Heather) was instrumental in getting items repaired there were previously denied by the warranty company. I know I'll go back to see Scott when I'm ready for a new car. It's always a pleasure to see Heather in service department because I know she will look after my interest. More
They don't service what they sell. Brand new Ford has major electrical problems. Clearly they just sell cars and it's on the buyer to find a Ford dealer who will actually repair their defective product. This place is the worst I have ever encountered. Avoid buying or leasing from them or live with regret and a car that won't start. More

I was told the part was not warranty I would have to pay to get it fixed. They would order the parts. 8 Days Later after calling the dealership everyday and not being able to get in touch with my service rep I have left numerous messages to my service rep the service manager with no luck. It is now Wednesday a week and a day later I still do not have my car I still have not heard from anyone about my car. I still have not received a return phone call after leaving 7 to 8 messages. I just want my car back fixed or unfixed. .. I am not exaggerating I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life !!!!!... Yours truly. Still waiting for my car or a call back. More

GREAT EXPERIENCE, HIGHLY RECOMMEND I had a great experience at Liccardi Ford Lincoln dealership this past Saturday! The sales people I dealt with were Scott Krepps and Stavros Diamantid I had a great experience at Liccardi Ford Lincoln dealership this past Saturday! The sales people I dealt with were Scott Krepps and Stavros Diamantidis and it turned out to be a great day. From the moment I pulled into Liccardi I have to say it was an enjoyable experience. Scott was wonderful and exactly the type of person you would want to walk through the process with when looking for a new vehicle. I knew what I was looking for and he brought me right to it since they had one at their location. We went for a beautiful drive through the watchung mountains and I really got to see how the car handled all types of roads. After we went back to the dealership I knew I loved the car (2017 Explorer Sport) so the next person I met was Stavros. Everyone there really wants to do their best to make everyone comfortable and have a great car buying or leasing experience. No one is pushy so that right there is a number one reason people should go there when considering getting a new car. Customer service is definitely a deal breaker and at Liccardi they have great customer service. Definitely ask for Scott and Stavros when going there and you are sure to have a great day and hopefully leave with a new ride! More
