Fee's Bought a used car they had listed online, they wanted to charge an extra $995 internet fee (for finding the car online), $695 dealer fee, $498 doc fee Bought a used car they had listed online, they wanted to charge an extra $995 internet fee (for finding the car online), $695 dealer fee, $498 doc fee, $250 glass etching fee... xxx? Negotiated to $648, which was the doc fee plus 150. They introduced the fee's two at a time. First was the internet fee and dealer fee. I agreed to pay 150 to speed up the process, went to financing, was approved for a loan, then went to sign final papers. Final papers had the next set of fee's which were not disclosed prior, even after double checking with my sales rep. 250 for glass etching and 498 for a document fee. This was an hour and a half into the process. They were very offended that I didn't know dealers charge a doc fee. This was my first car buy so I quickly googled it and saw that this fee usually isn't waived, but 498 is a high price for it. Told them to take the 250 glass etching off and I'll pay 498. Exhausting, probably run into this everywhere but thought it was obnoxious. However, I knew I'd have to play into their dirty dealer antics, overall it wasn't as bad as I expected. Gave them 3 stars. More

I bought a car here and with all fake prices and fake fees and they gave me car with broken bumper and its certified pre owned with 172 point inspection(fake 172 point inspection). When i went back next day and ask about it they said you broke your car we dont do anything with it. 2.i asked not to do hard credit check because I already have approved loan from my bank. They asked my ssn for some proofs and said we wont do credit checks and they did 4 hard checks. When i asked back they are lying we didnt. 3. After all this they are not doing my registration. When i called them they asking for some proofs again Dont trust these guys More

They don't return calls or try to help you once you purchase a car from them.Doug Hansen (General Manager) needs to be fired immediately. He is rude and doesn't show any compassion towards the customers. The service department had 3 attempts to fix front end issues on my vehicle and never fixed it. Now my engine is blown and I only had the car for 4 months. They comment under your review telling you to call them they are sorry but none of that is true. Once you call them they never answer and never return calls. They only leave those comments so people who are looking to purchase from them will think they are good people. This dealership should be shut down!! Kevin & Greg Liccardi never interact with customers and they are NO help to be the owners. This is bad for business and you should want people to keep coming back and doing business with you but I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Look at their ratings compared to other ford dealerships they have the lowest rating! STAY AWAY buyer beware this is a unprofessional car dealerships and the WORST DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!!!!!! When it came down to signing the paperwork the price was different and they said they made a mistake or they didn’t know I needed a tow pkg. There was always some kind of excuse until I went back to Liccardi for a second time and met Suzie. I poured out my frustrations, told her exactly what I wanted and she helped me order my Explorer XLT with sport appearance pkg. It was probably the easiest sale she ever made since I knew exactly what I wanted. Thank you Suzie. More
