Worst dealership experience in my life We bought a used car from Liccardi in early June. They advertised the car as one price and then added a bunch of nonsense fees plus a $1,500 fee for t We bought a used car from Liccardi in early June. They advertised the car as one price and then added a bunch of nonsense fees plus a $1,500 fee for their "150 point inspection". Well, in the first month we had the car, we had to have the AC replaced, the trunk door fixed, the sunroof fixed, and a tire valve replaced. Every time we have called or texted our salesperson he ignores us. We called looking to speak to a manager, was hung up on twice, left a message that was never returned. They respond to Google reviews with a FAKE number to reach the manager. AVOID this place at all costs!! More

Silence Tuesday, Inquired about a used vehicle and requested a price plus associated fees on Monday (7/13). Was told it would be sent to me. Nothing. Silence Tuesday, and reached out again via text. Received an apology Wednesday and was told I’d have the info. Silence all day. Checked the site today and the vehicle has increased by roughly $4,000. And dealers wonder why people loathe car shopping. Will be taking my business elsewhere. More

They pawned me off to another sales rep that was Hispanic because they assumed I spoke Spanish due to my last name. I was told this car was a lease, but it was really bought at an auction. No one I spoke with was trustworthy or told the truth. They wouldn’t even provide me with business cards. The one sales rep wrote his information on a piece of paper Michael Liccardi) a complete lie!!! Run! Do not shop here! More

Well, not only does this dealership lie regarding how banks cannot lend money to customers unless it is a certain amount, they also run your credit th Well, not only does this dealership lie regarding how banks cannot lend money to customers unless it is a certain amount, they also run your credit through several of them without you even knowing. I came in to purchase a vehicle that when I test drove it, had a check engine light on. Not only did this dealership try and tell me nothing was wrong with the vehicle, they refused to tell me what the code was that caused for the check engine light to come on. I scanned the vehicle myself, of course the engine had issues. What mechanic checked this vehicle and did not address the check engine light was too bizarre for me. To top it off, instead of offering to fix the issue of the vehicle, they tried to sell me two pieces of complete junk. Sorry, no thanks! PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS DISHONEST DEALERSHIP!
