Worst experience I’ve had a a dealership yet. Stood around after having an appointment no one addressed me. Was completely ignored. Lack of organization. Told them they were rude and pushy and over priced and the sales man decided to argue with me over the phone. worst service department ever. deserves negative stars. one of my friends showed me a video were the (lip) service manager robert ventura and paul his partner in crime were caught on camera charging 2 cust one of my friends showed me a video were the (lip) service manager robert ventura and paul his partner in crime were caught on camera charging 2 customers over 200 dollars for service they never did. after dealing with paul they went to robert and he said it was fair to charge them that much because they changed an air filter and when they asked for a refund he started mocking them because they were black women. really what is this 1875? he thought he can get away with it but it's on video. that video is about 10 minutes long, and each minute was painful to watch. stay far away and go to another dealership were the workers don't hold racist attitudes. I purchased a 2 year old Ford Explorer and soon discovered it had and intermittent back up camera problem. As luck would have it, it always worked when I took it in for service. Their Service and discovered it had and intermittent back up camera problem. As luck would have it, it always worked when I took it in for service. Their Service and Parts Director, Robert Ventura never gave up trying to solve the problem. Also their Service Consultants, Carrie and Paul were extremely helpful in getting me in and follow up until the problem was solved against great odds as the camera always worked when it was at the dealer. I rate them a 5 out of 5. More
Worst dealership ever, they try to charge you for extras you don't need just to put money in there pocket. They charged me over 900. For Gap insurance I said I didn't want and was told I had to have, to t you don't need just to put money in there pocket. They charged me over 900. Which they said was to service the car, get home and my oil remaining is at 23%. The are the biggest scammers. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! More

VERY DISSATISFIED! For over a week I had negotiated a deal with a sales person and we agreed both verbally and through email on the price. When it came down to picking up the vehicle, they reneged on the deal with a sales person and we agreed both verbally and through email on the price. I purchased a car 3/24/20 at the start of Covid-19. The car was $16K as per the on line price.The car was delivered by the salesman who was pleasant. I was charged double but I needed a car. The exterior was good but the interior of the car has burn marks. The saleman said he would correct the issues upon reopening. It also leaked oil, which I had to take to get fixed. I requested a refund on the repairs which I haven't received to date 8/17/20. Calls go unanswered, asking for a manager is impossible. I was lied to over and over again about the paperwork that I signed showing I purchased the car. It was suppose to be sent via fedex. It took 5 months to get my paperwork after finally after speaking to a manager and it came regular mail. Had I read previous reviews I would not have bought the car. Called this morning about my refund for the repairs...no answer...just horrible More
Online prices are FAKE !!! I wad directed to this dealership through the Costco Auto Buying Program. Already had the car picked out. Test drove it, ready to buy. Came back with a RIDICULOUS lease price. I could have leased a BMW X3 for the amount quoted. I told them I was a Costco member and needed the Costco Pricing. I got the "DEER IN THE HEADLIGHTS LOOK". "Oh, you didn't tell me that". I was given a new price which was higher than the online advertised price online. I wasn't given rebated that I qualified for ($2000). Had to leave before I insulted the salesman the way he insulted me with his pricing. More
