2019 Navigator-I'm 6 hours away, but it's the color combo my wife has to have. I get there, they don't have the paperwork and the vehicle is nowhere to be seen. They added a $1,600 reconditioning fee to a vehicle I was purchasing. They tried to finish the paperwork before they even let me see the vehicle. The car was a mess, scratches on the bumper, worn tires, terrible detail job, only 1 key, alignment issues, and several other issues that should have been repaired under warranty (it's a Lincoln Dealership, do your job). They adjust the price $500 (I was surprised at that since I was 6 hours from home). I get the car home, and the windshield washer wont work... Its frozen! They topped off the washer fluid with water!! It was a horrible experience, in hindsight I should have left the vehicle there and called the 12 hour round trip a waste. FOMoCo should consider pulling the franchise. More

I went 40 mins out of my way to go look at the car and was trying to beat traffic but they didn't want to give me my keys back. They wouldn't get close to the listed price so I decided to pass and finally was able to leave. I tired again to work a deal out with the salesman via text and asked to get closer to the listed prices as in the ad but they wouldn't do it so I told him no thank you. Then the salesman became a keyboard warrior and decides he wants to start making comments as if I don't have the money to buy the car. This place is all around shady and just looking to make a quick buck. So glad I didn't get this truck from them. I understand the current market but these are shady tactics. Stay away. More
We attempted to purchase a 66k expedition max. The call takers said "yup the truck is here and quoted the msrp as the sales price." When pressed to send a contract the dealership proceeded to add a takers said "yup the truck is here and quoted the msrp as the sales price." When pressed to send a contract the dealership proceeded to add a 3k market adjusted price for low inventory. The manager Mike said wouldn't you sell your house for the most the market will pay? I wished Mike a Merry Christmas and simply declined to pay above MSRP on a new car. Mike wished us a happy holiday by hanging up abruptly. Clearly Licardi has forgotten it's important to value their customers. My wife and I went to another Ford dealership in Essex County. Got $1,500 off MSRP, $200 floor mats added in for free, and treated with respect. The other dealership said it's simply wrong to upcharge people of new cars. More
Liccardi Lincoln advertised a 2021 Aviator with 7 miles for $76k, which was discounted from MSRP. When I contacted them they said that they would not honor their advertised price and instead wanted MSRP pl for $76k, which was discounted from MSRP. When I contacted them they said that they would not honor their advertised price and instead wanted MSRP plus $6000 as a market adjustment, and quoted that their price after fees and taxes would be $97k. In addition they admitted that this wasn’t a brand new car with 7 miles on the odometer and plastic-wrapped seats as shown in the pictures, but a demo model with over 6000 miles. The most they would budge on the price was $2000-$3000. I will not be doing business with this corrupt dealer. More
Yes I would steer clear of this place at all cost, first of all they sold me a lemon that I signed a paper as is, so $13,500 the car didn’t even make it home without issues. Second of all they reported to the IRS because I spent over $10,000 in cash ( which of course they did not tell me at the time ) which is laughable because it’s a gift for my mother which I can prove from the bank, And because I gave them a bad review I still have not received my license plates or my registration or title going on three weeks now, my next step is my lawyer is going to be contacting these people. This is the worst car dealership I’ve ever encountered, do not stop here and do not let what happened to me happen to you. More
Most dishonest car dealer I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with advertised prices are false hidden fees plentiful sales people flat out lie about what is owed after sale. The service mgr. Rob was very personable and helpful. I absolutely would refer this dealership to friends and family. I made an appointment with Rob Ventura, Service Department Director, for an oil change/filter and multi-point inspection on my 2020 Lincoln MKZ.
