My wife and I had been working with Vinny and Mina to purchase a new 2023 aviator. We had supplied them all of our information and were waiting on the final numbers. We asked to put down a deposit multip purchase a new 2023 aviator. We had supplied them all of our information and were waiting on the final numbers. We asked to put down a deposit multiple times to hold that car but we were told it was not necessary as the car had a recall and they needed to get the repair done. The car was ours and we would be notified when it was fixed and ready for pick up. Fast forward to today my wife gets a text message saying the car is sold it was first come first serve and basically bye. My wife left a business meeting to figure out what happened because we were anxiously waiting to pick up the vehicle and had called to follow up every day this week. She was basically told Mina the sales guy was off yesterday and because he refused our deposit the other team members did not realize the car was sold and were allowed to sell it to someone else. They literally refused our deposit saying it wasn’t necessary then screwed us over. Considering Mina took our SSN and all identifying information we will be consulting a lawyer as we aren’t sure what they are doing with our information at this point as they just be using it for other things given they aren’t taking it to sell and hold vehicles. More

I purchased a 2024 f450 limited and they charged me 5k over invoice then I paid 2k for shipping to Texas the truck arrived a week late and when it arrived it had 3 miles to empty on fuel I had to get a gas can to get it to the fuel station because it would not make it. Upon arrival it only had one key not two and they are 500 dollars for another one. It should come with two. None of the mud flaps were installed or even sent with the truck. Now I have to buy mud flaps and pay to have them installed. No DEF in the truck. The front valance was scratched. I had the spray in bed liner installed before it left by them and they had overspray and got it off by using some product that took the clear coat off on a black truck. The level of unprofessionalism with this company is beyond my comprehension. No one even sighed for the truck to be picked up so l had to sign for pick up and drop off at the delivery site. Do not buy here you will regret it! If I could give it a negative 5 l would this truck was over 100k dollars! What do you think they will do w a 50k dollar vehicle. More

We purchased an Explorer, the drivers side heated seat was broken during delivery and a few other issues. Terrace stated he would make an appt with service to have it fixed. He did not, so we ended up having to speak with Mike D the manager who scheduled our appt. The dealership has had our vehicle for over a week an now attempting to have the repairs paid by thru the extended warranty we purchased. One has nothing to do with the other. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache and purchase a vehicle elsewhere...dealerships are a dime a dozen! Will never purchase anything thru this dealership again and will be sure to tell everyone to steer clear. Could not be more disgusted with the customer service! More
Another Bait and switch-inquired about a car we saw online. Exchanged emails back and forth, made an appointment and we planned to make the hour and a half trip to see it. My husband had been in contact with Leslie up until a few hours before our appointment. We travel all the way there and was told the car just sold. Meanwhile Leslie hid in her office playing on her cell phone the whole time and had pawned us off on another salesperson probably so she didn’t have to explain her lies. They did show us another car we had asked about but she knew the main one we were coming to see. No real apologies and wasted over 3 hours of our time. I read other reviews of bait and switch here. BEWARE! More
