Good except for.. Make sure you check your finance contract closely. All makes sense when you are there. But when we got home and checked the paperwork, we were charged an extra $695. Went to dealer and they knew exactly what it was for. We bought a extended warranty and were told the oil change service plan was built into the $2395 price. Well that built in price was the $695! For oil changes, ridiculous. So we cancelled the warranty. They said the $2395 for the extended warranty and $695 overcharge would be credited back to the loan but were unsure about how to get the tax back. In the end they said it too will be credited back to loan. We'll see. The overcharge could have been a mistake but for them to not disclose how much the maintenance cost was a bit much. A family member bought the same truck at another dealer and the extended warranty was $1700. Why the difference in price? Will go to another dealer to buy the warranty. Update as of May 23rd: Was told by Liccardi checks were mailed May 6 & 8. Still not received. Waiting on over $900 at this point.....since March 31st. Love the truck but the hassle of trying to get out money back is ridiculous. More

Prior to my purchase, I have only owned Fords and I purchased them all from one dealership that was not part of the Liccardi Group. My current car, a 2008 Ford Fusion, had over 100,000 miles on it and purchased them all from one dealership that was not part of the Liccardi Group. A good friend works in Liccardi's service department and offered to introduce me to the sales manager and see if I could find something that suited me. I came in to the dealership on a Saturday morning with no real expectations and left 4 hours later with a brand new Dodge Dart. Both Jim Housel, the sales manager, and Anthony Robinson, my sales associate, listen to what I wanted in a vehicle, how much I had to offer out of pocket and what I wanted in a monthly payment. They crunched their numbers once and came back to me with the car I wanted, the price I wanted and financing approval all at once. It was a pain free and seamless process and i would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend. More

After having a very bad experience at several other dealers. I was about to give up and stay with the car I had when I saw a ad on Liccardi Motors for a Chrysler 200 and decided to go in. The places I had gone prior had sent me a letter telling me that they needed my car for a customer and they would give me a $10,000 trade in. This was an outright lie and I left these places very angry. I went in to Liccardi thinking I would probably get the same run around. Upon entering I noticed a difference, they were cordial but let us look around and told us to let them know if we had any questions. When we were ready we were lucky to get a salesman named Jake, he was knowledgeable, competent and told us everything we needed to know. The sales manager Jim was available to assist throughout the process. We then met the financial manager Nick who could not have been nicer. We also met the General Manager Jeff and his son Michael, it is so nice to see a family run business. Then you have to read the previous ones and which just confuses you even further. Let me save you some time. Each experience is different and for this one I should state that I came in there knowing I wanted a new car and I had a price in my head already. Believe me when I tell you that these guys pulled everything out of their hat to get me a great price on a great 2013 Dodge Dart and they even suggested the color and the interior color. They worked with me even after hours- AFTER HOURS! If they didn't care about my satisfaction they would not have done that. They waited for me and even made sure my car was cleaned and checked before I got it. Honestly I went in there with a negotiators mindset, not willing to be nice or make friends but these guys completely shocked me. They took care of me, the listened to what I needed, and they made everything so fast that I couldnt believe this was a dealership. I highly recommend Liccardi in Green Brook. I was SO SO Happy with my experience that I had to write this review... which I normally dont do because I hate adding to the confusion.
