Came in for an oil change. It took an hour and a half. It was around 2 in the afternoon, and I called ahead. The service person said they could take me right away. Last year, my wife bought a Chevy, but refused to do it at your dealership. My lease will be up soon, and I am questioning why would I come back to you again?? I have been a customer here for 20 years, my brother has bought 2 corvettes - I think it's time for my family to find a dealership elsewhere. Your sales people put a "preferred" sticker on my window - it sure doesn't feel like it!!! More

Service could not have been better. I brought in my daughter's 2016 Chevy Spark EV with some strange battery charging issues.
