Had my car staying in dealership for check engine light. While the car was in the dealership it got some white stain on the right side of hood and on the passenger door handle. Tried to clean it off the hoo While the car was in the dealership it got some white stain on the right side of hood and on the passenger door handle. Tried to clean it off the hood with the help of Tony, but under the white stain there was a scratch. They tried to buff it but it wouldn't go away. I didn't have this stain and scratch before I left my car there. I most probably will never go again to this dealership even for oil change. Stay away! More

Despite having the prepaid service plan and having all services performed at the dealer the 30 month / 30,000 mile service was not done based on time and was only performed based on mileage AFTER the prep services performed at the dealer the 30 month / 30,000 mile service was not done based on time and was only performed based on mileage AFTER the prepaid service plan expired based on time. If you only perform services based on mileage at your expense why include time based services recommendations at all? More
