In that week no one called to bother us, unlike other dealers. We decided to buy a used 2014 Forester. The price was fair, there was no dealer prep charge and we were able to pay cash without being forced to finance to get the lower internet price. We closed the deal. When we came back to pickup the car several hours earlier, we were surprised to learn that the dealer had replaced all four tires, the battery and rebuilt the rear brakes. There was no charge for these repairs. The sales manager, Elmer, was sincere and a pleasure to work with. Charles Perchak was great. This was the best car purchase that I have ever made.
