I've purchased several cars from this dealership over the years. I always service my car with them. I feel they are honest and so it's not like going to the doctor at check up time. They are polite. After a very stressful morning, Liberty Mazda was extremely helpful in getting me (and my car) back on track. My car wouldn't start and I had it towed to the dealership with no appointment. I recently brought my 2013 Mazda 3 to Liberty Mazda for an oil change. I had scheduled my appointment online for 10 am and was expecting to wait for about 30 minutes, but I believe my car was serviced late an oil change. I had scheduled my appointment online for 10 am and was expecting to wait for about 30 minutes, but I believe my car was serviced later than 10 am. I got a text message about an hour later stating some extra work was needed due to the age of the car (tune-up: new spark plugs, coolant flush, and emissions). The advisor said it would take about 30 minutes, but the actual work took closer to an hour since the technician end up cleaning some areas that were previously infested with rodents. I didn't mind waiting to have this done to prevent future damage. Even though the appointment took longer than anticipated, I did like the transparency of the service via text and video that Liberty conducts with all repairs. I will be back again in six months. I always find service at Liberty Mazda to be exceptional, from beginning to end. When I drive into the indoor service area (a boon during bad weather), service desk personnel are right there (no waiting) and from beginning to end. When I drive into the indoor service area (a boon during bad weather), service desk personnel are right there (no waiting) and are friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions. The wifi-enabled waiting area is spacious, with comfortable chairs, places to set up computers, and plenty of outlets. While my car is being serviced -- this part is fantastic! -- the service person working on my car makes a narrated video of what they are seeing, whatever service/repairs they recommend, and why. The desk then texts you to ask if you'd like to go ahead with the recommended work. The process goes smoothly, and Liberty communicates with you throughout. Liberty should be the gold standard for all service areas. More
