Purchase with a smile I recently bought a new car, CX-5, at Liberty Mazda. My salesman was perfect in all the deals and car features. Definitely do not recommend this dealership. Scheduled a test drive which went well as they had the car ready when I got there, but when I returned and was interested in buying the car the salesman proceede test drive which went well as they had the car ready when I got there, but when I returned and was interested in buying the car the salesman proceeded to give me a very salesy pitch, not personable at all. Felt like I was talking to a telemarketer. They presented me with numbers and I still was interested but asked that they work with the number a bit to get the payment under $500 (which I was asking for a whopping $20 difference, I’m sure they could have knocked a couple hundred off the price). I told the salesman that I had found the same car with slightly higher miles for almost $3,000 less (which was already under deposit) and he basically called me a liar and said something doesn’t seem right with that. Then proceeded with another telemarketing sales pitch about how they are a Mazda dealership and how wonderful they are and on and on. Painful in the least to sit and listen to. I walked out and purchased the same exact car at another Mazda dealership the very next day for $2,500 less. This dealership is the exact car buying experience most people look to avoid. Annoying sales pitch, high prices and won’t budge in the slightest to make their customers happy. I’m glad I took my business elsewhere. More
Grandpa i search on line for the MX-5 i wanted in R.I. Mass. and CT. liberty had the exact color and interior i wanted asked to speak to the sales manger witc i search on line for the MX-5 i wanted in R.I. Mass. and CT. liberty had the exact color and interior i wanted asked to speak to the sales manger witch is Bill i told him i was a serious buyer and have shopped around in three states if you give me your best price you have a deal.he gave me two hundred dollars off my best price i had in three states.so do the math i said i you have a deal i will take it.he said he did not sell the cars but Vinh would handle that. Vinh was a pleasure to talk to and handled the whole transaction he treated me like i was Grandpa.i am 77 years old and i guess they don't sell to many Grandpas a roadsters.i have bought 8 new cars since i was 16 teen and buy far this was the best new car experience i have ever had.so professional treated me and my son who drove me up there from R.I. like family.. so i your shopping for new Mazda this is the place and tell them Grandpa Roadster sent you.LOL. More
