I explained to Bob that I was interested & after taking me on a test drive he gave info on certified pre-owned as well as new purchase. We corresponded via email/ text & after doing my homework I went back to Liberty to purchase my 2017 Santa Fe. More

Finance nightmare The finance department was a disaster. All of my paper work had the wrong year on it and they could not process anything with department of motor vehi The finance department was a disaster. All of my paper work had the wrong year on it and they could not process anything with department of motor vehicles. When they realized the mistake they told me it took me too long to come back in and resign the paperwork. I guess they are the only people with full time jobs. Because of the hold up I wasn't able to get my vehicle until a month after I made my first payment. When I picked up the vehicle it was full of pollen and bird poop. They did not even wash the car. This was the worst experience I have ever had with the car. The sales department was amazing but the finance woman was a nightmare. More
