Dream Car #2 Ray Arroyo helped get me into my Dream Car in 2014 (Sonata Limited) and I knew he would do the same for me this time around (just leased Dream Car #2 Ray Arroyo helped get me into my Dream Car in 2014 (Sonata Limited) and I knew he would do the same for me this time around (just leased Dream Car #2- 2017 Sonata Limited). The entire process was quick and painless; Ray knew exactly what I wanted, and also knew I would not want to settle for anything less. When the color I preferred was not on the lot, he assured me he would locate it quickly and did! I can't say enough great things about Ray or the car! Genesis G90 3.3T Purchase I would like to add that the things that were not discussed or demonstrated to me regarding features of the vehicle are not common practice of this de I would like to add that the things that were not discussed or demonstrated to me regarding features of the vehicle are not common practice of this dealership. I had an appointment approximately 3 hours from the time I walked into the dealership and was told that I would be able to purchase the vehicle and still make my appointment. I made my appointment. Everything was expedited for me, so obviously, there wasn't enough time to do things such as pair my cellphone, discuss how the navigation or radio worked, etc. The truth of the matter is even if I had the time, I would have waived all of that. I've purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership (Sonata, Genesis 5.0 2012, Genesis 5.0 2015 & Genesis G90 3.3T😐) and I am always well informed of the features of the vehicles prior to purchasing them. The sales staff know this about me, but they still always offer to go over the things that I checked "No" to in this survey. I will say that there was another customer who purchased a G90, and the sales person that was with him was in the car with him explaining and demonstrating the ins and outs of the vehicle for almost the entire time of my purchase. I have only one regret. That the G90 that I really wanted (5.0) wasn't available anywhere and there was no information on when would be arriving. More
