After scheduling an appointment online with Victoria Miller I went to the dealership and she introduced me to Mike Mojica. Mike greeted me with courtesy and respect and asked me what I was interested in. He seemed actually surprised when I told him exactly which vehicle I wanted and what I wanted to spend. So he wrote it all down on an offer form to bring to his manager. When he returned with an approval I was surprised since I was expecting to negotiate his counter offer.
