Thanks to Sandor Juan for giving me a call a soon as the car I was looking for arrived to their dealership. He was extremely nice and honest from the moment he welcome us in. Out of 5 stars: -1 star bc We had an issue with his manager Kris adding hidden fees out of no-where after negotiation which was caught immidialty. We understand is the way most dealers work so they can make as much money as they can, but still not right. -1 star for they way he spoke to us after getting caught. The worse was that he threw his own seller under the bus, saying "he did everything wrong, he made a huge mistake, and he should know better." Making the poor guy look very disappointed. He then called back hours after and apologized for the way he talked. We didn't really wanted to buy our $50k SUV there anymore, we thought they don't deserve our money. But just because of Sandor being a kind person and bc he loved playing and LISTEN to our 3yr old daughter, made us buy from them. Little things go a long way. Thanks again Sandor Juan, you're a great person and an honest man. More

I bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra from Liberty this week. Juan was excellent and worked with us for over two hours to look at several cars and find the perfect car on our price range. This was the best experience I ever had buying a car. I called the day before to make an appointment to test drive the Tucson with Mike Mojica. On Saturday I met with Mike and he explained how the test dri called the day before to make an appointment to test drive the Tucson with Mike Mojica. On Saturday I met with Mike and he explained how the test drives were done because of COVID. I test drove the Tucson and knew this car was perfect for me. Mike gave me a great price for my trade and an excellent price for the Tucson. They didn't have the Tucson Ultimate I was interested in purchasing in their inventory so Mike went on line and found me the model and color I wanted, he arranged to have it brought to Liberty. There was no pressure to purchase the car. I will definitely recommend Mike Mojica and Liberty Hyundai to anyone I know looking to purchase a car. Mike made it the best car buying experience it ever had. More

On November 11th I took my Kona EV in for a battery software recall and tire rotation ($40). The car had been running well before I took it in, and it's running fine now, so I have no basis for judging software recall and tire rotation ($40). The car had been running well before I took it in, and it's running fine now, so I have no basis for judging the quality of the work performed. On the multi-point inspection sheet, however, all the green boxes (e.g. checked and OK) were checked, including the engine oil level, even though the electric motor has no engine oil. The windshield washer fluid level was also checked okay even though I added more than a quart when I got home. The exhaust system was checked OK although there's no exhaust pipe. All four tires were said to have 35 lbs. of pressure. Using an electronic tire pressure gauge, I checked them when I got home, and with the tires still warm, two had measure 32.5 psi and two had 32 psi. I then checked them with a mechanical gauge and got slightly lower numbers. The reason I was skeptical about the accuracy of the multi-point inspection was a result of a previous inspection of my wife's Santa Fe which said both her fog lights worked when one had been demolished in a collision with a deer weeks before we took the car in. So the bottom line is this: did the dealership perform the work it said it did? The answer - I hope so. More
