Not a great experience. Juan Cabreja sold my 80 year old father a car. Sales process was fine but despite a ton of follow-up from myself, the dealership never finalized the registration paperwork with the father a car. Sales process was fine but despite a ton of follow-up from myself, the dealership never finalized the registration paperwork with the DMV. They kept blaming the delay on receiving plates on the DMV but as it turned out, the dealership never submitted the registration paperwork in the first place. As a result, my father's temporary registration expired and he cannot legally drive the vehicle. Juan has not been responsive or helpful in solving the matter. *Update*: I decided to reach out to the owner directly for help. After looking into the situation, he agreed to address the issue and put my father in a loaner car which was appreciated. We're happy we reached this resolution but I don't think it should have needed to be escalated to this point. Juan and the sales manager were really not helpful in any way. More
