Juan Cabrera our sales person said he told us we buy as is and that wasn’t true. So the day we test drive the vehicle it was okay after purchasing it the next day we went for a drive and the vehicle was vi is and that wasn’t true. So the day we test drive the vehicle it was okay after purchasing it the next day we went for a drive and the vehicle was vibrating when we hit the breaks. I send him an email and he responded a day after saying that he was off the next day and will talk to the service department when he returns and give me a call back which he never did. Our lender call only for them to tell him that they are not looking at the vehicle and they told us that we bought it as is. It’s okay if they don’t want to look at it but don’t LIE. Customer services is important and they need to do better with it. More
