I bought my car from there several months ago, and the experience was terrible. I had a three hour drive to get there, and the sales rep was an hour late (we were on time). Then we were put in a room with someone who was pressuring us to buy worthless insurance, the only reason we bought is because my wife was there. I would never have bought the insurance, a giant waste of my money. Kept using sales technique one after the other. Then, because I live in another state, the registration became a problem, especially with Covid. The sales rep said they would overnight the registration. They did when they received it, but called me to ask us for a credit card. I have the money, but that was an insult. Lastly, I was at the mechanic this morning, and after a whopping 7,000 miles I put on, the the mechanic told me I need new tires. There was 18,000 miles when I bought the car. I love the Genesis, but will never visit this place or contact them again. More
