Great Car Buying Experience I was shopping for a car to replace my 2002 Saturn SC2 and I stopped in at Liberty Hyundai on a whim. It was almost closing time, but Chris took the time to talk with me and find out what I was looking for in a car. Rather than try to talk me into something I didn't really want, he told me he would call when he got something in I would like. I got the call and came down and test drove a few cars over the next few visits. I visited a lot of different dealerships, but Liberty really made me feel like there was no pressure and they really cared about finding me something I wanted. I now have my first new car in 20 years, and I love it! Thanks, Chris and Liberty Hyundai! More

Liberty Hyundai Service I have been bought 2 Hyundai cars from this dealership. Their pricing is decent. Leasing is very competitive and you can get a better deal from a priv I have been bought 2 Hyundai cars from this dealership. Their pricing is decent. Leasing is very competitive and you can get a better deal from a private lease company. I did not lease my Elantra Touring and if I would want to purchase another car, I would start at Liberty. But what really brings me back is the better than excellent service at Liberty. Very honest and very friendly. Your car is ready when you need it. Yes, going to a dealer may cost a bit more, but you know that when Liberty Hyundai takes care of your car, it is done right. I bought tires at Sears. What a mistake. They installed the valves wrong and the tire was leaking air., When I went back to Sears, they wanted to charge me $70 for a sensor. At my recent 30K service at Liberty, they repaired it for free. No questions asked. WOW. The Liberty service has made me a Hyundai customer for life. Wayne and Maryanne are just great. More

A literal pleasure! We were in the market for a used Sonata and had stopped at Liberty Hyundai to browse. After a few minutes walking around the lot and checking window stickers Chris Werling came out, introduced himself, and said he'd be happy to answer any questions when we were ready. I told him we were in the market but at the moment browsing. He marked his weekly hours on his card, gave it to us, and requested we give him a call if we wished. No rapid fire sales traps such as "What are you looking for? What's your price range? What's your name? Give me your phone number. I have exactly what you want over here!" as we experienced at another local highway Hyundai dealer. No pressure. No trap tactics. No shadowing the prospect. Just a sincere wish to help when called upon. Two weeks later we were ready and when we walked into the showroom unannounced Chris was genuinely happy to see us. He let us show him what we were looking for and as we spoke with him about the prices came to the realization we could easily afford a NEW Sonata! That was on a Thursday evening; Friday we did the paperwork and Saturday morning our NEW Sonata was ready and waiting for pick-up. It was truly a pleasant and frankly painless experience. Not only do I recommend a NEW Sonata to everyone I highly recommend they obtain their's from Liberty Hyundai. More

Easy, no pressure purchase I had trouble locating the exact Hyundai Santa Fe I wanted to purchase in my area, and local dealers were unwilling to help us look outside of 100 mil I had trouble locating the exact Hyundai Santa Fe I wanted to purchase in my area, and local dealers were unwilling to help us look outside of 100 miles to find us the specs we wanted. I found several New Jersey dealerships on the Hyundai website offering the combination we were looking for in colors we wanted (2014 Limited w/tech package). When i contacted Liberty, Eddie was responsive and straightforward about the price and the process for purchasing the vehicle. I received a competitive price from Liberty on my first ask, rather than a high dealership starting offer price and so we were able to quickly strike a deal. We settled on a day I would travel from DC to North Jersey to pick up the vehicle. During the two days in between, Eddie and Gregg did everything to minimize paperwork and waiting on the pick up day, so i could get back on the road and back home with my new car. Gregg found a rate for us with no gimmicks at more than a percent lower than the already attractive dealer incentive rate. On the day of pickup, Liberty offered to pick me up from the local train station. When I arrived, the car was shined and polished and waiting in front for Me. Rai showed me around all the features of the vehicle, explaining the nav. system, blue link, instrument cluster, controls and everything else about the car. Then Gregg brought me through all the paperwork and for the loan. While Gregg did show me all the possible add-ons and other offerings from the dealership, he presented these while still advocating for my best interests. I've been at signings where dealers have added on expenses where i didn't want them, or pushed me to purchase things i didn't want. Gregg did not do this. He told me what was available, showed me total price, financed price per month, and helped me through the process. Again, I really felt like he was helping me through this process, not pushing me, and I appreciate this. The team at Liberty had me in my new car and on my home in about an hour, and i couldn't be more pleased. I felt a high level of trust through the whole process. Thanks so much, love the car and the experience. More
Interesting Lost Opportunity I stopped here to do a lease return of a Sonata and was referred to Ty. He asked if I bought it there and I said no. He immediately dismissed me and said I cant return it here. Hyundai had told me I could but hey its his call. What he didn't know was that the returned Sonata was 3 years old with less than 10K miles so he might have wanted it for resale. And he also didn't know that I wanted to purchase a 2015 loaded Genesis. All because he just didn't ask me. Sometimes Karma is really funny. I do go here for my Hyundai service and they are very helpful. Especially MaryAnne who really is an amazing employee. So go here for Service but not for Sales. More
