I have heard complaints now and again that their prices are high, but in my experience I have found them to be quite fair. Eddie, (a fine car salesman and overall good guy) has taken great care of me over the past couple of years while I have been leasing my vehicle. I trust that he has helped me to get the most value for my money in a car, and made the car leasing (or buying process) one that is not as painful as it should be. I can say with confidence that Liberty Hyundai is one of best dealerships in the area. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly confident in the vehicles that they sell. More

My trust is now lost I have purchased multiple cars and have done all my service with this Liberty Hyundai service. I travel over 10 miles to get to them when there is ano I have purchased multiple cars and have done all my service with this Liberty Hyundai service. I travel over 10 miles to get to them when there is another Hyundai dealer 2 miles from me. The service USED to be that good at Liberty. I really trusted them but no more. I made my appointment and discussed my needs. I specifically told Maryanne I did not need an oil change as I had done one locally last week. She told me I needed rear brakes and a cabin filter service. Plus an intermediate service (less the oil change). I was told the cost would be $523. That day I received coupons in the mail from Hyundai. I called Maryanne and she said to leave them in the car when I drop it off at night. I left the car at night with the coupons securely and obviously on the dashboard.The coupons should have reduced the price by $92. I asked to check some bulbs and was called in the afternoon that 8 various bulbs were needed for $132. I agreed. When I came to pick up the car here is what happened: 1) They did an oil change! 2) They charged me for 2 bulbs for 2 sockets that are shorted out. The bulbs were $15 each. If the sockets don't work, why do I need the bulbs??? 3) Not only did they not apply $92 in coupons they claim they don't have them. I wish I had remembered when I was there because I was smart enough to take a photo of the coupons before I left the car. I told the gentleman who assisted me (Steve?) that one of the coupons was for $12 for the cabin filter. He said there is no such thing as a $12 coupon for a cabin filter but he can give me $7.50 off. Guess what Steve? I have a photo of it! Steve did try to help and gave me some discounts which brought the total down from $766 to $702. 3) They tried to sell me a battery for $189 but I do not think mine is a problem. I had left the light on in the car overnight so it was dead. $189?WOW!. When I went to check the car to make sure all the bulbs works, Steve told me that the 2 front ones (burned out sockets) are only reflectors. I tried to sort out the bill and why so many bulbs and was totally confused so I paid and left. Going home I see that the clock is wrong. They didn't bother to re-set the clock- little sloppy things. I can't go to a dealer if I can't trust them. If they are going to charge so much, the service has to be excellent. I can do things cheaper locally. Liberty Hyundai lost a customer. More
