****BEWARE*** My Mom made a cash purchase of a pre owned Hyundai Tuscan on 3/18/24. It is now 5/21/24 and she still has no title, plates or registration!!!! Every time we call we just get hung up on or give Hyundai Tuscan on 3/18/24. It is now 5/21/24 and she still has no title, plates or registration!!!! Every time we call we just get hung up on or given the run around. We live in NY so I have called both NY and NJ motor vehicle offices and neither have a title matching her VIN! After spending $25,000 we now have to hire an attorney! More

I wish I could give Liberty Hyundai 10 stars but they only have five stars. I just traded in my old Kona for an Fabulous new Tucson TANYA ROMAO is the most incredible sales person. I can’t tell you how many car purchases and l leases I’ve been involved in and I have never had an experience go so smoothly. I kept on expecting the normal to happen…. Playing games at the end…, You know, right? Not with Tanya. She’s absolutely the most professional, respectful, responsive , honest, and most importantly, “play no games” sales person I’ve ever dealt with. I just traded in my Kona and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Then I got to work with Dylan, who is now the finance manager. What an incredibly great young man. The whole transaction was beyond belief. I knew exactly what I was going to pay when I got there, and there were no quibbles about anything. I can’t say enough about them. I was searching for a CPO Santa Fe and it lead me to Liberty Hyundai. Their reviews online were good so I reached out. I found a vehicle in their inventory that I was interested in, photos were good. Tanya reached out to me and was very helpful and responsive without being overbearing. I decided to take the ride to the dealership 45 minutes away and check out the car. They let me take a long test drive. The car was in great condition and I decided I wanted to purchase it. When we negotiated a price I felt that they were honest and did not play any games which I appreciate. I appreciated Eddie's, the sales manager, straight forward approach. When I came back to pick up the car the finance office did a great job. They offered me some additional add ons but did not try to push anything. Tanya also did a great delivery going over all the features of the vehicle. There was a small issue that I noticed at the time of delivery but the dealership assured me it would be taken care of promptly. They ordered the part right away. I had to return when the part came in and the service department did a great job. Everything was covered, again no surprises, no stress. The dealership is also very modern and inviting; the waiting lounge is roomy and well equipped. Overall this was a great car buying experience and I would highly recommend Liberty Hyundai. More

Service department sucks first off no one answers the phone if you are trying to make an appointment you have to call parts and xxxxx to them to transfer you and then finally after getting some dipxxxx o phone if you are trying to make an appointment you have to call parts and xxxxx to them to transfer you and then finally after getting some dipxxxx of the phone they hang out and have to do it all over again finally got an appointment a month from now that’s ridiculous I have to drive a broken car for a month before I can get in the shop More
Service advisor, Dominick Pulgarin, lied about submitting warranty paperwork and had my vehicle sitting at the dealership for 5 weeks with no loaner car given. I had to get corporate involved and the only co warranty paperwork and had my vehicle sitting at the dealership for 5 weeks with no loaner car given. I had to get corporate involved and the only communication I had regarding my car was from my case manager in corporate. I told my case manager that no one at the dealership was communicating with me properly. I left several voicemails and emails with Dominick, Steve and Jim and no one ever reached out to me. It’s a shame such service was given and it really made me never want to purchase a Hyundai ever again. More
Worst service bring car in for recall told it would be done by 5 and not a call nothing. Called the next morning car was not even looked at service was rude.
