At my recent visit they spotted the issue which should had previously been detected…they were honest, gave me a loaner car and took care of the problem without any charges to me. I called nearly 6 times today just to get a quote for 100k miles service. Every time the call was answered by Lisa and was told that I would get a call back with a quote but no one ever called. I'm usually pleased with my service at Liberty Honda, but on my last visit I didn't receive a multi-point inspection report and they said I was due for major services which I completed with them earlier this on my last visit I didn't receive a multi-point inspection report and they said I was due for major services which I completed with them earlier this year.
