During this visit he went the extra mile to get me the tires I wanted (replacing a set of Michelin Defenders that went 75,000 when my older tires had only gone 30,000!) at the best price possible. He is always patient and professional. When the service required the car to remain at the dealership overnight, he arranged for a loaner. Todd is an involved manager that makes himself available to customers. He holds his employees to a high standard and you can always count on him for good advice. It is service advisors like TJ and a manager like Todd that keep our family coming back. Although the visit cost in excess of $1,000.00, I felt confident everything done was necessary. More
