However, when I spoke to Janice Acosta, she assured me that she would do everything possible to make sure that things would be done properly. Her tone and Attitude was great. She really made me feel comfortable. When I got my car back, everything was fixed, and my car drove well. That day I left Honda service department feeling really good. I want to thank Janice for her great customer service. She is really a Tremendous asset to Honda. More
