He took it on a drive, and figured out the most random issue. The cosmetic cap and the strut were an issue, and he is taking care of the whole thing. Ordered new parts, made sure the warranty covered it, and checked all bolts and things on the bottom and around the car to make sure everything else was right. TJ is one reason i’ll buy another Honda. More

If a customer makes an appointment for a simple routine oil change, it shouldn't take more than 1/2 hour. Service rep. was courteous and he did inform me the they were running behind. I had time to test drive 3 pickup trucks while I was waiting. They also washed my vehicle. This was not the first time that I had a long wait for an oil change. Last oil change was about 1 and 1/2 hours. Next time I'll call ahead to make sure they have enough technicians working. More
